"Excellent service, value and very kind staff. Room was perfect, with bath tub, andsuper clean. Right next to train station and within walking distance to grocery stores. Chur itself is our favorite place in Switzerland, quite unexpectedly so, but it’s really peaceful, with lots of amazing hiking trails suitable for kids, mountain toboggan, and cable car! We like it more than the more touristy Grindelwald region. No crowds and people are so kind and friendly here."

"I really liked this hotel. It's a former prison that operated until 2020 and has been converted into a hotel. It has a great location, only 6 minutes from the subway, excellent facilities, and very friendly staff. There's a fully equipped communal kitchen, and the bathrooms are large and clean. I highly recommend staying here at least once."

"Hotel is about 10 mins walk after getting off the Glacier Express train.Go down the ramp, turn and walk towards Gate 1, you will see a pair of escalator, go up the escalator and go straight till the yellow crossing and turn left, walk till the end and turn right, easy. Reception is a wonderful helpful lady. Supermarkets almost every corner."

"We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. It was a 10 minute walk from the train station in the old town near all cafes and restaurants. The staff at the reception was super friendly and professional. Both ladies, which names I can't recall were lovely upon our arrival and departure. The room was absolutely beautiful with large windows facing the church tower and the old town. The room was very big and comfortable. There was no a/c but it had two working fans, but there was such a nice breeze with those big windows that there was no need for a/c or fans. The bathroom was quite comfortable as well. The hotel was spotless. The included breakfast was absolutely terrific! We were only in Chur for one day , but if we had known what a beautiful Alpine city Chur was, we would have stayed an extra day."

"Very simple accommodation. There is nothing in your room. I would say this is the cheapest option in Khur although it is not worth the price.Too expensive for this service. Breakfast is relatively good which mainly provide cheese and hams. Shared toilet didn’t get cleaned for few days."

"It took less than 10 minutes by bus from Chur Station to arrive. There was a smell of fertilizer around the hotel, but you get used to it. The front desk staff were all kind and welcoming. The room was clean, and I was able to watch various subscriptions on the TV by logging in with my account. There was a McDonald's next door, and a supermarket nearby, so I had no trouble staying there. Best of all, the breakfast was the best!"

"Room was good, clean and just beside a mall Amenities are minimal which only provide coffee machine and capsules are limited. No kettle One thing is that the blind automatically went up during the middle of the night and ended up unable to bring it back down. "After reading some of the reviews I was a little concerned. We had a delightful stay at this hotel, nicely situated for the town and amenities. Lovely bathroom with walk in shower. Beds were very comfortable. Tea and coffee provided be ut paper cups but we also take our mugs etc. We stayed in 305 that over looked the pretty street, no noise to disturb. Staff very nice and very helpful and amenable. Delightful little bar which we used before going out for dinner and after. Doors locked at 10pm but access with key via back door. Breakfast was very adequate, although cooked could have been hotter. Good selection including fizz. Would definitely stay here again."
