This hotel is highly recommended in banff town. It has complete facilities and a warm and comfortable environment. You will get a three-day scenic bus ticket for free when you stay. It is very convenient to go to various attractions. The Italian restaurant on the first floor is also very delicious.
ps The hotel adheres to the concept of environmental protection and does not have drinking water supply. It is said that banff can drink water directly or buy it at the market price. The hand sanitizer and soap are also made from local brands and are of good quality.
I have stayed at the Fairmont Chateau Quebec and the Lake Louise Hotel. This time I went to Banff and booked this castle hotel. Although the castle hotel is very expensive and the rooms are not big, it has a strong sense of history. Walking in the hotel lobby and corridors, you can appreciate the local historical monuments of Banff, and standing in the hotel garden, you can enjoy the unbeatable scenery. The hotel is very large, and the restaurant was built in 1892. The steak is especially good! It is not far from other places in Banff, and it is nice to experience the castle life.
It is convenient to check in, and it is checked in together with Irwin. Overall it's OK, the transportation is convenient, and each of us is given a transportation pass😍😍, which allows us to take any ride for free within 3 days! The only drawback is that there is no hot water kettle. I called and they brought it over~
The room is very big, we are on the third floor so it is very high! There is also a small balcony, I like it😘The height of the parking lot is not too high, everyone should be careful👀

It has the atmosphere of an old furnished mountain region apartment but the cleaning services is rough. I found two and more but shells and bugs body on the rug after I checked in. The location isn’t too far from downtown Banff however under the coldness it would be rough walking to town. Parking is extra (14.99cad not fee as the page stated on trip.com) phone to ask the details before booking this place… it’s an ok place to stay just not great for family vocation.
We were happy with this place. It seems dated but in nice repair (much like our home and ourselves). We wanted it mostly for the fireplace but the room had more than that with a full kitchen and full size appliances. If we ever wanted to be in Banff and make substantial home cooked food, this would be ideal. The bed was great and the staff very kind and friendly. It is in a natural mountain area just five minutes by car from downtown Banff. We had a balcony looking at a Mountain view and deer in the yard in front of the unit. There is bus service into town and free tickets offered by the resort. There is a water slide and an indoor and outdoor hot tub which is nice but not really a breathtaking setting. If you enjoy corn mazes this building has a lot of routing in it that takes a while to learn. We joked with other guests about that. All in all, pretty okay. We would book here again.
The hotel is located in Banff town, about ten minutes walk to the town center. The room provides a coffee machine and kettle. It is relatively good. Breakfast is 25 Canadian dollars for adults and half price for children. The variety of food is pitifully small. It is recommended to go out for food

The location is good, next to the famous Canadian steakhouse The Keg. The service is also very warm, there are hot springs in the winter to soak, you can see the snow-capped mountains. Check-in and check-out are quick. A buffet breakfast is served daily, with yoghurt and oatmeal, and the egg yolk can also meet the needs and will be recommended.

Outstanding
GGuest UserFantastic Hotel. Staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. Property is very clean and well maintained. Location is excellent and the views are awesome. The beds are top quality and super comfortable.
We are returning to the same property in 2 weeks and are really looking forward to it.
TtheshbangRoom was spacious and clean, definitely a new hotel. Restaurant downstairs was great for breakfast every morning, had delicious selections. Really like the big balcony too which you can view stars at night without light pollution. A bit of a walk / 5 min drive to main Banff town but not an issue. Great amenities in room and service was great too! Highly recommend.
SShushu1313The hotel is in a good location, right on the street. The environment is neat and clean, and the facilities are new! The room is big enough and even has a fan😍 which can also dry wet clothes! The sound insulation is very good and the service staff are also very friendly! There is also a hot bath, which is super comfortable~
The parking lot is in B1, it’s big enough!
GGuest UserThe hotel is relatively old, clean, and in a good location. The front desk communication is a bit superfluous. They can use a few words, but they have to speak a lot of English. It's average. If you have money, you can choose a better one.
CCherineTEasy check in and check out. Simply download their mobile app to receive a virtual key to your room, or check in in person at the Banff Caribou Hotel and Spa. When checking out, just dial ”0” to the front desk, leave the card in the room and you're good to go :)
The room has been renovated and is clean and modern. They have microwave, mini fridge and kettle. You can also take away their mug as a souvenir for free.
In the bathroom, they offer Rocky Mountain Soap Company products that are handmade and vegan. If you like them, you can go to their stores in Canmore or Banff, or order directly online.
GGuest UserThis was an apartment type room, complete with bedrooms in the bottom level and kitchenette and living room in the top level. Location was most convenient just 5 min drive from town center. You could walk or take the free shuttle service. Staff were friendly and helpful.
EEmily_hyoI love, Love, love..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I like neat things, so I reviewed this place before choosing one, and there were many reviews that this low-grade hotel is old and old. However, the view of the hottop was wonderful, and I was very satisfied with the hotel. They constantly provided firewood for the fireplace, and even the staff were all wonderful. I called early check-ins, but the kind staff allowed me to enjoy this hotel a lot quicker! Hotel with lots of favor! Of course, if you want a nice new hotel these days, everyone except us will feel like they are old, but we wanted this country style! The microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and fireplace were the best enough here! So I enjoyed the great service until I left the room. Ed ex
CCharlieTravelsBest Thing about this BestWestern is their coffee machine in the lobby. I have never seen so many people enjoying the selections from a machine so much before. If you are looking for an affordable hotel with Breakfast included this place would be it. Just be careful with the screen doors as they fall off their tracks very easy and the hotel will charge you for it as damage, so if it does happen please notify the staff as soon as possible. Or you will experience like me being charged for damages.
GGuest UserMy family and I stayed in two Mount View rooms.
I was surprised at how simple the hotel entrance was, but the location was great because it was next to the hotel where the airport shuttle bus departs and arrives, and it was close to Banff Avenue and a supermarket.
The facilities were quite old, but it was clean, and since we only needed to sleep, we were grateful to be able to stay at this price.
The light in the bathroom went out when we used a hair dryer with all the lights on in the room, but they fixed it right away. Although it was an old hotel, the bed was spacious and the mattress was firm, so it was very comfortable!
It was located near the quiet and beautiful Bow River, and we enjoyed an evening walk.
It was a comfortable first time in Banff.
Thank you very much.
RroiberadorI actually enjoyed my stay at this hostel. The staff are very accommodating and welcoming. I stayed in a room with mix men and women. I was surprised at first if I am in the wrong room because when I went in the room there were women. I just confirmed that it was the right room when I saw another male. So, 2 males 4 females. They were actually very kind and they respect each other for example they do not disturb another person because he/she might be resting. It is also good to meet other people of different nationalities. They have a kitchen that we can use. I had 2 breakfasts and it was pretty much a bonus for me. Breakfast was good. They also have their own bar where you cane eat and drink. Overall, amazing!
The average price for hotels in Banff is €243 on weekdays, and €282 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
