"really love the moose hotel.
the location is perfect exactly in the downtown area and its near iga supermarket and bus stop.
the outdoor hot pool is so lovely at the top of the hotel with the view of Banff mountain .
there is a laundry coins
The staff also really nice :)
will coming back for sure"
"This hotel is an excellent value for the location and price. Staff is friendly, the hotel is clean and comfortable, amenities are as described. You need to check in next door, but this isn’t inconvenient.
The hotel allows you to use the free underground parking until 4pm on day of checkout, which is excellent. I’ve stayed here before and will be returning."
"The room is very spacious and clean. The supporting services and facilities are very user-friendly. We experienced the hotel's history, the hotel's three-hour free bicycle activity, etc. The lobby butler was very professional and patient, and carefully introduced us to various dining, entertainment, and outdoor sports services. I will stay here again in the future."

"The location is good, next to the famous Canadian steakhouse The Keg. The service is also very warm, there are hot springs in the winter to soak, you can see the snow-capped mountains. Check-in and check-out are quick. A buffet breakfast is served daily, with yoghurt and oatmeal, and the egg yolk can also meet the needs and will be recommended."
"We were happy with this place. It seems dated but in nice repair (much like our home and ourselves). We wanted it mostly for the fireplace but the room had more than that with a full kitchen and full size appliances. If we ever wanted to be in Banff and make substantial home cooked food, this would be ideal. The bed was great and the staff very kind and friendly. It is in a natural mountain area just five minutes by car from downtown Banff. We had a balcony looking at a Mountain view and deer in the yard in front of the unit. There is bus service into town and free tickets offered by the resort. There is a water slide and an indoor and outdoor hot tub which is nice but not really a breathtaking setting. If you enjoy corn mazes this building has a lot of routing in it that takes a while to learn. We joked with other guests about that. All in all, pretty okay. We would book here again."
"The hotel is on the hillside of Tunnel Mountain, a little distance from the town centre. There must be a car to travel, otherwise it is inconvenient. There is no air conditioning in the room, it is still a bit hot in summer, there should be no problem in winter, you can open a window, but you need to ponder for a while, very technical, screened, mosquitoes are estimated in the woods. When the hot pool was under maintenance, my daughter actually ran to the hotel next to it, saying there was a water playground and a slide. The most unexpected and most satisfying place is that when the scenery on the small gazebo behind the house is seen, three deer walked through the woods behind the house. It may be that the sun goes down to the nest and enjoys the wildlife in the eyes. Very lucky, it is estimated. It is also a kind of experience that is not too much."
"Overall pretty good, underground parking was rough with little space an terrible parkers. Unfortunately there’s nothing the hotel could do about people’s driving skills. I would recommend this hotel but get back early and walk if you can if you’d like to have a spot for your vehicle. "
"Easy check in and check out. Simply download their mobile app to receive a virtual key to your room, or check in in person at the Banff Caribou Hotel and Spa. When checking out, just dial ”0” to the front desk, leave the card in the room and you're good to go :)
The room has been renovated and is clean and modern. They have microwave, mini fridge and kettle. You can also take away their mug as a souvenir for free.
In the bathroom, they offer Rocky Mountain Soap Company products that are handmade and vegan. If you like them, you can go to their stores in Canmore or Banff, or order directly online."

Amazing
KKimberly MaeThe location of the hotel is great. The modernly decorated lobby and rooms offer you more than enough comfort for a pleasant holiday.
GGuest UserThis place is strategically located. It is situated directly opposite Banff High School Transit where travelers can take Roam 8x to Lake Louise. Right outside, there are local buses you can take, example Roam 1 which takes you to Banff Gondola. The Inn also provides complimentary local Roam tickets. You will have to purchase Roam 8x express on your own. For drivers, they have complimentary parking too (depends on availability). We will return again because of its location. Staff service, room cleanliness, amenities are all good. Nothing to complain about.
GGuest UserThe place is not stroller/wheelchair friendly.
They made me park in a different parcade that only had stairs to the main level. Alongside that forcing me to walk in the rain. I chose this place because it had parking and while there the guy is like “parking is complimentary” and I’m trying to tell him I have a baby I need closer parking or underground and he’s like “you have baby? So what?” The audacity. Then after I park in the other parkade, walk to the hotel and check in, he hands me a parking note “oh put this in the car when you get a chance” you couldn’t give it to me ahead of time??
Then at 11:00:28am banging on my door while my babies crying over his voice “ITS CHECK OUT NOW CHECK OUT”
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is on the edge of Banff town, a 10-minute walk from the pedestrian street. The hotel breakfast is a Western buffet with milk, cereal, bread and bacon. For some reason, the prices of hotels in Banff have increased so much. The hotel is a bit expensive. You can stay in Canmore, 16 kilometers away. The underground parking garage is a bit old and dimly lit.
BBlur.86The kitchen is well equipped, the hot spring pool has a great view, and it is very relaxing to soak in. In addition, there is no restaurant in the hotel, so you need to go to the town to eat. Overall, it is a very enjoyable experience.
GGuest UserAlthough a bit too far from town centre, the ledge provides free bus tickets to shuttle between the lodge and town centre. Staffs were very helpful.
BBpraimIt was a great stay, parking was ample in the basement. The room was upgraded to a king suite(thank you). We didn't eat in the attached restaurant (chillies). The hottub was good and the reason we picked this hotel. Would stay again. Only thing negative I could say was that noises from outside easily make their way inside. Not bad, but worth a mention.
GGuest UserThe hotel is carefully decorated, the service staff is friendly, and the room is very clean
There is an underground parking lot and an elevator, which is very convenient for carrying luggage.
In-room meals are provided, which are inexpensive and convenient.
LLizhimoliJThis hotel is on Banff Street. Its hygiene, environment and facilities are all above average. Likewise, its price is on the high side (we booked their room because we couldn't find any other options). As for service, their reception and lobby are closed from 11pm to 7am. Unlike other hotels, during this time period, there is at least a place for guests to sit when needed to avoid the cold wind in Banff. Therefore, when we were waiting for the bus to Calgary Airport in the morning, we could only stand outside the door in the cold wind (Banff had just rained, and Banff was beautiful after the rain, but it was even colder. Some hotels on Banff Street had already started fires to keep warm).
Eeme11I appreciate that breakfast is included, but it's not that different, so I think I'd get bored if I stayed for a long time.
The location was convenient, within walking distance of a lot of places to get around!
It was a dormitory, so it seemed like most people were staying for a long time, but it was quiet and comfortable at night!
The average price for hotels in Banff is AED 1,837 on weekdays, and AED 1,983 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
