"The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the bathroom even featured a bidet toilet seat, which was a pleasant surprise! There was also a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak. On the ground floor, complimentary essential oils and bath salts were available for guests to take back to their rooms. The top floor offered washing machines (with detergent provided) and dryers. And the breakfast spread was quite good!"

"The hotel is conveniently located near Hsinchu Train Station and Hsinchu Chenghuang Temple, with plenty of great food options nearby. The only minor drawback was that early check-in wasn't possible. The hotel is quite spacious and provides a common lounge area for guests to relax. Luggage storage is also available. The front desk staff were very friendly!"

"The location of the accommodation is very close to the lively Chenghuang Temple and Dongmen Market. You can take a stroll for supper in the evening, and there are convenience stores next to the hotel. The service staff is very friendly, everyone has a smile on their face, and the facilities are very clean. The only drawback is that the sound insulation is not very dense, but the tourists who come to stay do not make any noise at night, so it is a great stay experience"

"Nice environment, good location The restaurant is also worth a try The room is spacious, three stars with bathtub and bidet! The downside is that the gym and sauna require extra charges, and the sauna is limited to men because of lack of space. I think this is worth reviewing, and we can learn from other hotels, one morning for women, one evening for men, and switch every other day. Otherwise, for a hotel that claims to be sustainable, it is hard to justify the facilities being only for men."

"The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There are massage chairs available on the hot spring floor. You can use them by registration. The opening hours are 16:00-22:00. There is a shuttle bus service, but the tone of the lady who answered the phone during the reservation gave me a bad impression, which was a bad first impression before I even checked into the hotel. After checking in, the restaurant counter staff were all friendly and polite."
