"Renovation was underway in various locations, so, among other things, the sauna department could not be used.  One only got one bottle of water, only the first day of three; I asked the townsshoes for a bottle of water, partly because they didn't need to clean my room, but they said it included only one bottle of water the first day. Because of this, I chose to eat my 3 lunches in restaurants other than the resort, plus that I rented motorcycle elsewhere. It caused a loss of at least 15,000 Y for the resort, with lunch costing at least 3000 Y times 3 and motorcycle at least 6000 Y. Think what a bottle of water per day could have given in more profit."

"This time, the ship was canceled and I couldn't stay. However, when I contacted the inn immediately, he kindly responded and said that he was very kind and did not need a cancellation fee. However, there is a contact from trip.com, and the capsule fee is 100 percent according to the regulation ... 😢 I was asked to ask for the name of the person who said that the cancellation proof of the ship and the cancellation fee of the inn were not required, and I called again and attached the proof and emailed it, but in the end it was not possible. With a 100% cancellation fee . The schedule changed in a hurry, and it was difficult to arrange hotels and rental cars, so I was sad that it was a waste of work. I thought it was a strict rule even though the ship was canceled even though the inn was said to be unnecessary. You need to be careful when canceling. However, the inn was very kind, so I would definitely like to go to Yoron Island. Next, I will consider measures such as making a reservation directly so that this does not happen."
