"The front desk made a mistake in the passport people, resulting in the wrong card fee, and did not refund the card. The back room card can't be swiped in and ran back and forth three times. I feel very bad for the experience."

"This is a very nice hotel, the room is spacious and bright, the bed is comfortable, let me enjoy a good sleep. The staff is warm and welcoming. The hotel also provides a rich buffet breakfast and a variety of leisure facilities, which makes me feel relaxed. The front desk service of the hotel is warm and thoughtful, and the problems raised can be solved with care. Although the hotel is near the airport, it does not feel noisy at all. The overall environment is warm and quiet, and the rooms are clean and tidy. Will choose next time."
