Holiday Inn Express HUNT VALLEY by IHG ★★★

"The staff responded quickly to all my needs, which made my stay smooth and stress-free. great value for the price! The room was clean, with free parking and no extra charge for my service dog. The location is convenient, close to downtown and local attractions. The breakfast was tasty, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful."

"Customer service is bad. I don't know how they run that place. Food doesn't look fresh therefore didn't eat it. The room is so terrible. The shower is so filthy. The room smells. I am beyond dissatisfied of my stay."

"When i arrived on 19th October, there was no wifi and on the following day no running water. This is probably the worst stay I came across since i have been regularly travelling to USA from past number of years."
