Very characteristic small hotel, almost in line with all my expectations for small local hotels in Europe. Convenient location, you can see the cathedral by opening the window; walking to any attraction in the old town is very close; there are no elevators on the fourth floor, only two of our rooms on the fourth floor, very quiet, simple and comfortable decoration of the duplex room. The family of four is just right; the bathroom has a bathtub, the breakfast is very cute; the service guy is very nice, reserved the parking space for us, the parking lot walks to the hotel for five minutes; met the carnival, the day we walked the city, the lovely Cologne .

This hotel's Cologne Cathedral view is absolutely breathtaking, but what was equally impressive were the location, service, and cleanliness. When I first arrived from the train station, I foolishly didn't look up the route properly and ended up dragging my heavy luggage up and down stairs, when I could have avoided them by taking a different path. Despite the difficult journey to the hotel, the staff greeted us so warmly and genuinely wished my sister a happy birthday that all my weariness turned into joy. And when we got to the room, we were greeted with such an amazing view and a beautiful room! Thanks to this, we had a wonderful time in Cologne for two days, listening to the bells of Cologne Cathedral. When checking out and heading back to the train station, I followed the staff's directions and found a flat, easy route back. Oh, the only minor inconveniences were the opaque glass in the bathroom and having to shower in the bathtub.

Highly recommended by friends, the experience was really good, the hygiene, service and facilities were beyond expectations, looking forward to staying next time😊.

Very wonderful hotel with individual character. Our room was wonderful and tastefully furnished. All rooms have a theme of our theme “Home” The service was nice and friendly The location is central in Cologne and yet quiet. What you want more. Ideal suitable for City Tours. Unfortunately, the reception is located in 1.Stock for construction reasons. Breakfast is not available in the hotel. You need to fit yourself accordingly. Come back

The location is perfect, only few minutes walk from the central station. The staff was also nice and friendly, enough support. And there is dryer available, which was nice. But overall, the room and corridor looks really like a prison or hospital, not at all giving the vibe of holiday stay... Luggage storage was available for free! we can store luggage until 11pm on the day of check out. There was no kitchen. There is locker OUTSIDE the room, which is so weird. We need to use our own padlock to lock the locker but most of them were occupied or not working (broken). Even with the padlock, it could be open easily so I did not use the locker. It seemed there is not enough number of lockers available compared to the number of the rooms and beds, at least lockers that are not broken. There is no curtain no privacy, even is a mixed gender room. It really feeled like a jail or something. The bedside light is too bright so that if one of us turn it on, the whole room could be bright enough, which is ridiculous. Also the sound proof was terrible that we can hear people outside singing, screaming and DJ-ing midnight, even with our windows and curtains closed. The sound of closing the door was so loud and the door seemed half broken. Also we could hear people talking in the corridor. The shower and toilet were also outside the room and they smelled so bad. Did not feel clean.

Good value for money, super friendly staff. Fairly narrow parking spaces available depending on availability. Hotel is close to the center, short walk to the city center.

Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Zimmer war schön und sauber. Ein kleines Manko war, dass es sehr warm war, aber das Wetter ist ja nicht zu beeinflussen. :D Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt. Man muss also nicht hungern. :) Wenn ich wieder nach Köln komme, würde ich wieder dort übernachten. :)

I booked it for me temporarily on a business trip with the boss. The price is cheap. 😂 I can’t ask for too much. The room is small and the single room is more like a homestay. But the location is very good. You can walk to the nearby cathedral.

Hotel location is very good, from Cologne Cathedral, about 10 minutes walk from Cologne Central Railway Station, many restaurants downstairs, walking distance to the nearby shopping center, the bathroom is small, but very clean, just the shower area is small People who are overweight may not turn well, breakfast is rich, there is no problem to eat, the overall price is not bad.
