"A very cost-effective hotel. If you come to Australia for ten days, you must choose this kind of apartment hotel. When you don't want to go out to eat, you can cook your own food. There is a supermarket and bus stop downstairs, which is very convenient. It's a 400-meter walk to Coogee Beach, where you can watch the sunrise and sunset, which is a great experience."

"Didn’t have a good stay at this hostel. Food is consistently stolen from the fridge throughout my stay. The kitchen is very small and a constant mess to the point of not being able to use it. Advertised weekly events simply don’t happen, making it harder to meet people in the hostel who often live full time at the hostel working a job making it less social. I had an entire load of washing thrown into the bin by a member of staff because I didn’t come back to the dryer in time. Staff did offer a small amount of compensation but nothing amounting to the amount of clothes thrown away or food lost."

"Came to Sydney with my parents and was so surprised by how beautiful Coogee Beach is. The hotel is very close to the beach, and right outside is the main street with all sorts of restaurants and convenience stores. It's super convenient for shopping too. The beach gets even busier on weekends, with people playing ball and surfing – it's really lively. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey, so it's not ideal for a long stay."

"After visiting coogee for years friends and i decided to book coogee beach house for the 1st time for 3 nights. We were pleasantly suprised. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We utilised the included breakfast on 2 mornings, eating out on 3rd. We were suprised how quiet the other people staying at house were and super friendly. I am unsure if that is always the case but while we were there it was totally fine. This place is not for everyone.. If you are precious about having luxury... go pay 10 times the price down the road. The place could do with a paint but it was immaculately clean. The staff were always busy cleaning and tidying... more than i have ever seen in more expensive places elsewhere. It was actually very well equipped and it was an unexpected suprise to stay with such an interesting mix of other guests. Lovely stay. Thankyou staff. Looking forward to going back."

"Downstairs rooms are super basic hostel vibe, can’t see out the windows, pretty ugly room but everything you need just bare bones version but the location is ultimate. Good if you’re just sleeping"
