"Gave us the wrong room. She asked if I was Stephen, I told her that was my son. He also had a reservation with a double queen. We had a reservation for a king bedroom and was given a mobility handicap accessible double queen. When told at the front desk, the lady said that they didn’t have any more Kings and the room I had was the last one. She also told me they were the same price but I paid more for a king. We found out the next day that the King bedroom was give to my son who had a reservation for a double queen bed. The person at the front desk only saw the last name and didn’t bother at looking at the first name on his I.D.that they asked for to confirm that it was the same name on the reservation. He was also told that they didn’t have any more double queens left and that the king room was the only room left."
