"B&B San Clemente is a wonderful place to stay when visiting northern Italy. The Chicago suite is charming and inviting. You feel at home there. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is lovely. The B&B is within walking distance of the Duomo di Crema, shops, and restaurants. Our host Arlene was amazing and so helpful. She gave great suggestions of places to visit, the good eateries in the area, and how to get around. Crema is a beautiful town that is within driving distance of Milan, Bergamo, Venice, Bologna, Verona, Lake Como, and many other towns in Northern Italy. If you're visiting Italy and want to experience the heart and soul of Italy, B&B San Clemente is a good base--great host, great accommodations, great locations. What's not to like."

"It's a guesthouse converted from an old house. The host was very kind and reserved a parking space for us for 10 euros a day. He even came to take us to the parking spot. The room was large and spacious, with a charming retro decor. The location was excellent, a five-minute walk to the town center's must-see spots."

"A beautiful place located in the heart of Crema. Lovely place - spacious and clean. Continental breakfast delivered. Lovely host. Just note … No front door as such - we were dropped off at a huge brown gate and didn’t know how to get access …you need to ring a buzzer to get access (photo attached) . The instructions are in Italian ( which we didn’t understand) so we had to go to the (fabulous) pizza restaurant across from the gate to understand how to get access. The restaurant right across the road is just fabulous. If you are a call me by your name fan this is a great place to stay and explore.."
