"The grounds are beautiful, and the pool and cafe are lovely. Unfortunately the hotel itself has seen better days - the corridor was not clean, and needed to be vacuumed. The room itself was large and the bathroom was fine. The bed was a double even though the name of the room said queen bed. One pillow was fine, the other was awful."

"Best location near Esplanate , and easy access to downtown with walking distance. We enjoyed the best sunset view here. Bike and scooter rental service (Beam) can't reach out here and this was challenging when we tried to return."

"Firstly, the staff here were really great and very helpful. The pool was nice but the fitness centre is way below par. Free parking but a bit of a faff to get to. One of the comfiest beds I have ever slept on though!"

"The spot is very convenient and staffs are all friendly! The only concern will be the room is facing main road, so it will sometimes be noisy but not a big deal!"

"Best features: we had a ground floor unit. So we had a door out to the garden.  The bathroom was clean and medium size.  Beds perfect. Space-not cramped.  Room additions fine for making your own breakfast microwave and fridge included also a table and chairs outside on concrete great for washing dishes. The hotel is located away from passing traffic. Air con and fan worked well..  Downside:  if you’re staying a while and want to go shopping you have to get to Casuarina shops to get a local bus to city centre.  Otherwise it’s approx 30min drive. Casuarina Is an air-conditioned Westfield type shopping mall. We liked it and would stay again Didn’t get s chance to try the restaurant and pool but the menu look good a pond seemed welcoming."

"The hotel is well located to shopping and restaurants, as well as easy vehicular access. Their downside is the limited undercover parking and the need to book a space. Otherwise, you will need to use available, nearby public spaces. The hotel has automated checking, but staff were on hand to make sure all goes smoothly. If a second key is required, it has to be generated by staff. Breakfast is not done in the hotel, but a voucher is provided to go to Salvatores Cafe in the same building. You have a choice of dine in or take-away. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable."

"Room size was decent and clean. The pillows were both way too high for a small frame female and I was not able to sleep. The request to have twin beds were met but the beds were only separated when we are in the room which made it awkward to stand around for 10 to 15 mins in a room that is not very big. We kept having to move to get our of the way to enable house keeping to split the bed into twin."

"Excellent, modern facilities with super friendly and helpful staff. Great location, easy walk to restaurants and waterfront. The Argus group has excellent accommodation. Also recommend their studios!"
