"I stayed here before but this time my room Smelled like sweat. I could hear everything happening outside and tvs was loud in next door room. Walls have no soundproof. A/c was making a lot of noise. Breakfast was good and server was great! Front desk people were nice specifically kat. I don’t know if I would stay here again."

"The front desk staff is unparalleled. Each and every member made we feel welcome and at home. Until, I reported strange "bites." I didn't use the word bed bugs because I've been in the hospitality industry for 25 years and that's a killer. I went down not one or two or three time times, but 4, before I was told the GM was on site but "on a call." I waited over 15 minutes for him in the lobby and when i finally gave up to take my dog out of the infested room, who did I see in the parking lot smoking a cigarette, Scott Howard GM. I showed him the active and recent bites on my legs and he explained that as he was not a "pest control professional," he was unable to confirm my claims or help me in any way. except to offer me the internet rate, 25% off another booking, should I care to stay.... when I mentioned that was in no way making it right, he rescinded his offer, said, "now I offer you nothing, please vacate the property." I chose to stay at this property for 9 nights and would have stayed another 5 waiting for my new apartment if not for your Gm. i have traveled all over the world and this is the first time I've written an email like this... it took me a week because I wanted to be calm and clear when I reached out. You are doing a genuine disservice to to rest of the staff if you allow that gentleman to go unchecked. Respectfully, Shannon Bowerman The front of house staff is Amazing, your asking for issues with your Gm, Scott Hampton. Thank you for your consideration, Shannon Bowerman"

"The hotel was large and new, and the breakfast was great, but the faucet in my room was broken, and there was no non-slip mat in the bathtub, so I slipped and fell. I reported this to their manager and the front desk, and they came to repair the faucet promptly and provided a non-slip mat. However, they didn't offer me much further comfort. Fortunately, I'm feeling better now, and I probably didn't break any bones, but I'm still in pain. So, their service was just average."
