"It was my first time staying at Hyatt. I thought it was a famous hotel and should be good, but I was actually quite disappointed with this hotel. The room facilities were not like a four-star hotel and the food in the hotel restaurant was even worse. Don't eat in the hotel restaurant."

"It’s a good hotel. We stayed in a king room with partial river view. The room was not big.., but it was comfortable. Good amenities in the bathroom. Good “a la carte breakfast”..! We took 30 minutes from the hotel to the Everbank Stadium (Jaguars game) by foot. The hotel has a cozy bar at the lobby. I’d stay again..!!"
