"I stayed at Can Cocollona for three days during my trip to Girona, and I really enjoyed my stay there 🦋 The hostel is very close to the train and bus station, which was perfect for me because I arrived by bus. It was easy to find and very convenient. At the same time, the area is quiet and nice, so I could relax after a long day of walking around the city. The price was affordable and totally worth it. The breakfasts were tasty and quite big — there were sandwiches, croissants, eggs, cereal, milk, tea and coffee. It was a great way to start the morning before going out to explore Girona. I also liked that my room had a balcony - it was a small detail, but it made the stay even better. The Wi-Fi worked well, which was important for me. There is also a shared kitchen where you can cook your own food, which is very convenient if you don’t want to eat out all the time. The best part for me was the friendly atmosphere. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the other guests were open and nice. I felt comfortable and welcome there!"

The room, which had a kitchenette, unfortunately had a lingering odor—likely from previous guests' cooking—but otherwise it seemed clean and spacious. "Major renovation on the entrance and ground floor meant the cafe which was listed as a feature was under construction. There was no mention of the renovation at the time of booking. The roof terrace is a great feature but there was a private party on the evening we were there which occupied 80% of the space where all the best seating and views are. Felt cheated so will not return to this hotel"

"Stopped as near motorway so could get get a good night sleep but unfortunately not! Could hear people walking and banging about next door the walls seem paper thin. People shouting outside and youngsters congregating in street, triple glazing desperately needed. Unsavoury people hanging about outside smoking pot and cigarettes , out of hotels hands I know. Had to park right down the bottom of street which was not lit up and long walk to carry things. Toilet seat broken which cleaner must have known about and bathroom door didn’t lock. £20 a night each dog which I was horrified about as previous night in"

There's also a separate accommodation fee. There's a kitchen and terrace, so the living room is spacious and nice. The room has a shower and toilet, which is nice. The room condition is so-so."
