"Stayed at this wonderful hotel for 2 nights during the start of the Winter Olympic Games. Opted to stay there as it was the most affordable cost on the mountain. I got stranded at the train station 30mins away en route, the buses had finished for the day and there were no available Ubers. I contacted the hotel reception and Hayat saved the day. She immediately sent a driver Livio who came to my rescue. On arrival after 10pm, despite the kitchen being shut for the night, Masimo the chef sorted me with delicious ravioli. The breakfast the next day was also amazing and wide variety of options available. Hayat also organized my transport to airport the following day with the same driver Livio who is very affordable. All the staff was friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be visiting again with family in the near future! Thank you Hayat and Masimo for making this the most amazing holiday!!"

"One night's stay, en route to other destinations, in a superior triple room. It was a truly pleasant and relaxing stay. The hotel proved to be an excellent choice, exceeding expectations. The staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had a delightful woodsy scent. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and made with quality products. The various Christmas decorations both inside and outside the hotel were beautiful, and, along with the light snowfall, made the atmosphere even more charming. Excellent value."
