"One night's stay, en route to other destinations, in a superior triple room. It was a truly pleasant and relaxing stay. The hotel proved to be an excellent choice, exceeding expectations. The staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had a delightful woodsy scent. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and made with quality products. The various Christmas decorations both inside and outside the hotel were beautiful, and, along with the light snowfall, made the atmosphere even more charming. Excellent value."

"I was not able to get a taxi service to take us up to Alta Badia from this hotel. So I contacted the hotel to cancel our reservation. They have a strict no refund policy. So we were out the money even though we had over 2 weeks before our stay. I was hoping the hotel would understand. Do not book unless you know you'll be staying."
