"A nightmare disguised as a vacation. What was supposed to be a peaceful, relaxing break turned into a surreal, grotesque, even humiliating experience. Upon arrival, our first impression of the staff was frigid, to say the least. Courtesy? Absent. Helpfulness? A mirage. We tried, with the most civilized of politeness, to replace dinner (included in the half-board package) with lunch. The answer was a firm, cold no. So we tried another approach: could we at least, so as not to lose what we'd already paid for, get something to take away for the next day? Here too, the door was slammed in our faces: "The food is hot, you can't take it away from the dining room." Unacceptable. And then there were the opening hours. My God, the opening hours! Dinner was from 6 to 8 pm. Never, in 35 years, had such an absurdity occurred to me. If you're far away, perhaps enjoying a sunset on the beach, know that at 8:01 PM the restaurant doors are locked and all you have left is your bed... on an empty stomach. The rooms? A gut punch. Tiny, oppressive, dirty. And for the air conditioning—in the height of summer—you have to pay extra! As if they were charging you for heating in the mountains in January! Absurd. Room service is disarming. The beds aren't made: the sheets are just laid out, without any care. The floors? Never seen a rag. The sand stays there, reminding you every day what a mistake your booking was. It feels like you've crashed in a hotel in a town abandoned by common sense. And the food... poor, anonymous, almost offensive. At breakfast, the apple juice machine spits out water. Dinners? Mediocre. And if you're on a trip and they offer you an early breakfast, know that you'll get nothing but a sad, desolate parody of a meal. Eating on the porch? Impossible, unless you enjoy dining surrounded by a swarm of wasps, undisturbed and sovereign, while the staff observes everything with impassive indifference. Overall, a forgettable stay, a trap for unsuspecting tourists. Paying to be treated like numbers, without a shred of humanity. STAY AWAY. Avoid this place if you value your dignity and your time. Corfu deserves better. You deserve better. Here, kindness is a nonexistent luxury. And the guest... is just a nuisance to be endured."

"This hotel was a real find for me. I was solo for the first time since my husband passed away. I need not have worried. The hotel was extremely clean, the room had air conditioning, lovely pillows! The domestic staff came in to clean every day, change towels if needed, replenish soap, shampoo, coffee and tea they were so friendly and polite. The food was excellent, buffet for breakfast and evening meal. So many choices and all fresh. The main thing was the staff, nothing was too much trouble for them. They were helpful, welcoming, cheerful and couldn't help me enough (and other guests). When I went on trips for the day, I was given a picnic. I would like to thank Angelika, Malik, Stephan, Ali and all the other staff working in the restaurant. Thank you all for making my holiday so pleasurable. The Hotel was in the midst of all the things going on in the resort and also you can book trips with reception. There is so much to do nearby. The pool was a treat."

"Very clean, bright beautiful apartment. Faultless. Lovely pool too. Location is a good walk from town though. I think families with children or people with mobility issues would find getting around from here challenging without a car. Apartments were wonderful though "
