"We were eating a couple in the star restaurant Hirsch. It was just dreaming. The service is very competently friendly and not hectic in any case and as announced "noble but not rigid" The smallest dishes are also explained and you know what you can enjoy at all. Our 4-gang menu was actually 8 tastes because there was a little more to greet, then a greeting from the kitchen, a front dessert and as a finishing pralines. Better, beautiful, more imaginative you can't eat. The bill was expected to be high, but the food is worth its price. A special, successful evening"
