" My wife and I have just been at Hotel Tropic Relax for 2 weeks this September 2023 and it was great . The staff was excellent Angela, Christena, Deago, and Mara were outstanding. They all help to make our stay as friendly and comfortable as could be. The food was great and the chefs made sure they had a good variety of different dishes each night. There was Entertainment each night with different shows. The sound of the waterfall was a plus and the peace and quiet after midnight was perfect for a good night's sleep. We had room 411 on the 4th floor nice and quiet. We will definitely be coming back to this gem of a hotel. It is about a 15-minute walk to the lovely beach. "

"The hotel is beautifully located, a little away and above the hustle and bustle by the sea. The complex was recently completely renovated and the hacienda-like house shines in stately splendor. We were in room number 3 which was new and modern and had direct access to the garden and pool. The beautiful garden with old trees, which is laid out around the pool, offers many opportunities to sit and relax. A place to feel really comfortable and unwind. When the hotel owner surprised us with a bottle of sparkling wine and pieces of melon, this crowned the wonderful stay."

The layout of the space is very comfortable and functional, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is another plus. Being close to tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops made our daily life much easier. Additionally, the quiet neighborhood allowed us to fully rest and relax during our stay. I can't help but mention the additional facilities these apartments offer. From the pool to the recreational areas, everything is designed to provide a complete experience for guests. In short, I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a memorable experience during their trip. I will definitely return on my next trip to the city."

"Lovely apartment and so close to the beach and sea, albeit uphill on your return! Lovely bars & eateries nearby. Bed was ok but not particularly comfortable. Bathroom needs some attention as mould in places and bath mat is like a hessian sack! Overall, would return here as location is so good and views are beautiful. Can walk to Benidorm which takes about an hour or so."

"The hotel is a 3 star but the service is like a 4. The rooms are spacious and the cleanliness is ok, the food is delicious, tasty and well cooked, although there could be a little more variety in the desserts, but what there is is delicious. The pool It does not have a lifeguard but Manu the entertainer already explained to us that due to the size they are not required to have one, but without a doubt the best thing about these hotels is their staff, they make you feel at home, always willing to help with a smile always, the parties Friday afternoons are the party with a DJ, inflatable slide, Alicia the entertainer giving it her all!! but the soul of the hotels are their entertainers, Manu and Alicia with their humor and games make the vacations of children and not so children something special. Thank you Alicia for making my little girl happy by giving a diploma to the best dancer because she had not won any in the activities, as soon as she arrived she made me put the diploma in her room with the photo that you took, see you next year ."
