"Everything was perfect. My only minor complaint is that the room window only tilted open and couldn't be fully opened, though I assume that's due to some regulation. It was a wonderful stay nonetheless."

"Lovely quiet hotel. Nice modern room and bathroom. Double room comprises of two double beds pushed together, comfortable mattress and pillows. Very clean hotel, room cleaned daily and towels changed. The food was excellent with a good selection. Pool area was quiet, only used by a few people, so finding a sunbed is not an issue. Larger pool with slides etc in sister hotel was used by families. All staff were friendly, helpful and not speaking Spanish did not cause me any problems, staff were able to understand me. I did see a few smiles when I tried asking for something in spanish, goodness knows what I was saying. Bus to benidorm stops outside sister hotel, to go to benidorm stand at the stop opposite the bus shelter. Thank you to all the staff for a lovely holiday experience and I hope to be back in the future."

"The hotel is beautifully located, a little away and above the hustle and bustle by the sea. The complex was recently completely renovated and the hacienda-like house shines in stately splendor. We were in room number 3 which was new and modern and had direct access to the garden and pool. The beautiful garden with old trees, which is laid out around the pool, offers many opportunities to sit and relax. A place to feel really comfortable and unwind. When the hotel owner surprised us with a bottle of sparkling wine and pieces of melon, this crowned the wonderful stay."

"Lovely apartment and so close to the beach and sea, albeit uphill on your return! Lovely bars & eateries nearby. Bed was ok but not particularly comfortable. Bathroom needs some attention as mould in places and bath mat is like a hessian sack! Overall, would return here as location is so good and views are beautiful. Can walk to Benidorm which takes about an hour or so."

Hotel Alone

"I stayed here at almost the same time last year so thought it would be a good place to take my daughter and grandchildren. We were disappointed that this year the included wine and water with meals did not start until November, however this was not promised (nice surprise last year). The reply to my last review said that if we made known our requirements a vegetarian diet would be provided. However although I sent an email in advance and also spoke to a receptionist about it on our first day it was if anything more difficult than last year. I felt the food in general wasn't quite as good. Most dining staff were different from last year. They took your plate as you put the last mouthful in - it makes a lot more washing up when you were going to get some more. Bit weird and not relaxing. We loved the pool area (apart from the uncomfortable sunbeds) with the relaxing sound of waterfalls and the kids spent a lot of time in the pools . I like that all rooms are external, the beds quite comfortable and the pillows lovely. Lots of nice walks around. We were a bit bored by all the line dancing. All shows were very late and didn't last long. Maybe entertainment is better in the summer. Despite some criticisms still worth four rating."
