"We were traveling Italy and needed some downtime for massages and rest! This stop was perfect, from the great selection of treatments at the spas or just hanging out in the thermal waters. Also, the dinning was a great experience, we dinned in our robes and didn’t have to worry about getting dressed up. The breakfast is also amazing and included. They have a 5:00 snack to hold over until dinner. We look forward to going back and exploring the town next time! A definite stop on our next trip! "

"We recently stayed at this hotel as we were looking for a night of relaxation somewhere close to Rome, however we didn't really enjoy the experience. On the plus side, the room was very clean and tidy, and some of the reception staff were helpful. The indoor spa areas were nice, and we found out by chance that children are able to use them from 8 to 9am (which doesn't seem to be advertised), which was good for us as we were travelling with a child and wouldn't have otherwise been able to use the spa. On the negative side, the male reception staff who checked us in were quite unfriendly and we didn't feel very welcome. The outdoor spa areas are quite scruffy, especially compared to the lovely photos on the website. The park and pool area was particularly scruffy and unkempt and looked like someones messy garden. The worst part for us was the amount of smoking taking place in all the outdoor spa and swimming areas, it's not something you generally associate with a spa. I wouldn't return here, and would rather spend a bit more for somewhere of a higher quality."

"Great hotel. Good central location: 500 metres from the Spada Square and 10 minutes walk from the sources. Good the renovation of the Hall with new furniture. Booked single room, received beautiful double room (no. 222). The staff is very friendly and always present. Essential breakfast, sweet and salty. Immense added value: the pool, well-treated and pleasant with warm. Small room advice 222: 1- set the inlet door: you need to shut down to close and you annoy other guests; 2- In the bathroom, put a bath protection; when doing a shower you all flood; 3- put a slip-off tape in the bathroom, dangerous for elderly people. Good price-quality ratio."

"I had single room number 101 oh what a disgrace!! The shower door, hairdryer, coat hangers, bed head, were all filthy full of dust, no skirting boards wallpaper peeling off, wall lamp almost falling off, 1980s thin outdated mattress, Childs single bed 2 and half foot wide not normal single bed, my back ached every night could not sleep well!! Although the hotel itself was okay and the staff were helpful and friendly but I’m afraid I will not stay there again unfortunately!! "

Excellent and complete spa, we have tasted it in the evening and we found it good. Excellent prices. Internal parking.
