"Three of us stayed here for a night while riding the ACT Italy. Lisa, the owner, was very easy to deal with mainly via Whatsapp. Anna showed us round the property and made sure we had secure parking for our motorcycles. Despite her limited English and our poor Italian, Anna was keen to make sure we had a great stay. Three very nice rooms, one ensuite and two upstairs sharing a bathroom. A useful central location with plenty of eateries nearby."

"I had higher expectations for a four-star hotel. Upon arrival, check-in was smooth, and the room initially looked very nice. However, the following day, while adjusting the curtains, I noticed a significant amount of mold on the wall, which was quite disappointing. I immediately reported it to reception, and to their credit, they quickly upgraded me to their best available room. While I appreciated the prompt service, it’s clear that some rooms are in need of maintenance and updating. That said, my overall stay was pleasant, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options."

"The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and has supermarkets nearby. Not all staff speak English, but communication was not a problem. You leave your key at the front desk when you come and go. There's a Carabinieri (Italian national police, different from regular police) building very close by, so the security is perfect. I stayed for three nights. I would like to stay at this hotel again next time."
