"The hotel is OVERPRICED! The management treats the guests like we are doing them a favor. The room was also not cleaned enough … ants on the counter, stinky bathrooms. DONT EXPECT PEACE AND TRANQUILITY. We went there for a couple days and around 5:00-5:45am we woke up with a heavy machinery in front of our room(chalet). We complained to management and they said nothing they can do about it. Next day the same thing happened and we complained AGAIN and one more time they didn’t do anything. We also noticed the beach in front of the hotel had several empty plastic bottles, piece of plastic, even pieces of broken glass just helping killing our sea creatures. TERRIBLE and VERY SAD."

"Great experience. It has everything you need from tasty foid to fun activities and relaxation. The staff is very respectful and helpful. The beach club has great location and a nice setup for gathering or just relaxing. My family and I will be back because we were pleased with everything the hotel offers. Fortim/Pontal do Maceio needed something in between. Congratulations to the management. Great place to know when visiting Ceara state."
