"Lovely Christmas stay. We were a family of 8 staying for just two nights. We only regret not coming a day earlier but I missed the email where they offered this option. The hotel rooms were spacious clean and comfortable. Our kids loved the games rooms but unfortunately they missed the Christmas activities. They did enjoy to pool area. The food was good although not too creative. The best were the staff who were so accomodating of our numerous and complex requests. Thanks for a nice relaxing Christmas stay."

"Well the location was quiet and good at the top of the town....but after that not too sure what to say. The reality does not fit the information provided. On the way in from the car park there was a dirty leaking drain. Staff were uninterested. The carpets were dirty and ragged. There was no wifi and no restaurant as advertised and no heating. The breakfast was basic. The cooked portion was fine but the toast was burnt on one occasion and there was no fruit of any kind available. Not good value for money"
