Driveway parking .- Motor boats are not permitted on this lake. We provide pedal boats and kayaks. ** $150 refundable deposit is required to use our pedal boats and kayaks, waivers are also required- You will be a 12 minute drive to downtown Minneapolis and 25 minutes to the Mall of America - St Paul/Minneapolis Airport- Outdoor cameras are located at each entrance for the safety of our guests, property, and neighborhood. Our cameras are active 24/7, if tampered with we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without refund- We have air fresheners on every level of home. Guests are welcome to unplug them- If you are Checked in the night before Garbage/Recycling day, you will be required to roll bins down for pick up-Quiet hours 10PM-7:30AM- No large gatherings or events allowed, only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. If house rules are broken we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund.- No smoking inside the rental, no smoking inside garage. You can smoke outside away from the house and any open windows. There will be a $200 fee if smoking rules are violated and extra cleaning is required- Grill and Water toys available April-September /Snow & Ice completely cleared- We are very easy going, go above and beyond to make your stay memorable.
