"Regarding the front desk service: I waited for a long time, but only women were attending to me; the men just stood there doing nothing. They made eye contact with me several times, but didn't react. If they can't (or won't) do anything, it would be wiser for them to stay in the back. Regarding the facilities: The cleaning was thorough, but the building itself is old. It was disappointing that the wallpaper was dirty. I wish there had been a rack (stand) to put my suitcase on."

"The hotel's location is fantastic, just a 1-minute walk from the west exit of Fuzhong Station. Restaurants and drugstores are conveniently located nearby. The rooms are clean and simple, and the breakfast is a simple Japanese and Western selection. The hotel has a relaxed atmosphere; on the day of check-in, there was a cute DIY activity for children in the lobby. I highly recommend staying here if you're going to The KEIO ARENA TOKYO for a concert or performance."

"Facilities: Small rooms, but this is quite common in Japan. I can accept the price. There are automatic check-in and check-out settings, which is very convenient. There is even a shoe horn.
