"Odor in the bathroom was very strong. Linens also had a odor of sweat and need replacing. Wanted a bright room but when I opened the curtains there was a wall in the middle and small windows on either end. The room felt dark. Otherwise I liked this hotel. Was clean and comfortable. Nothing extravagant. Great location, just minutes from the station, lots of restaurants, markets, and shopping. It’s a bit annoying that people use the common area to set up shop with computers, monitors,etc, G cabinets and chargers and spread themselves out and work there all day."

"Regarding the front desk service: I waited for a long time, but only women were attending to me; the men just stood there doing nothing. They made eye contact with me several times, but didn't react. If they can't (or won't) do anything, it would be wiser for them to stay in the back. Regarding the facilities: The cleaning was thorough, but the building itself is old. It was disappointing that the wallpaper was dirty. I wish there had been a rack (stand) to put my suitcase on."

"This is my second stay. I decided to stay at this hotel when I came to Fuchu. It is a beautiful room with thick walls and no noise from other rooms. The staff are kind and perfect for me. As a smoker, I also have many smelly rooms in smoking rooms, but this hotel is not. I highly recommend it."
