We couldn't get into our room several times because the code wasn't recognized. So we always had to contact them by phone. Our daughter, who had booked the room, was given a double room twice, even though she had booked a triple room (with two small children). And when we returned from a family celebration in the evening, another family was standing outside her room, wanting to use the same room. It was completely unacceptable."
