"My stay at Renest Hotel Haridwar was deeply disappointing and frankly unacceptable on multiple levels. To begin with, the highest category room - so called Suite hygiene was shockingly poor. The bedsheets provided were visibly soiled and had burn marks on them — something you simply do not expect from any hotel claiming basic standards, let alone a branded property. It clearly reflected a complete lack of housekeeping checks and attention to guest comfort. The breakfast experience was even worse. The buffet spread itself was subpar, but what stood out more was the staff’s complete disinterest in guest service. Requests were ignored, and there was no sense of accountability or urgency. However, the most disturbing and unacceptable issue was related to hygiene and safety. Rats were seen roaming on the breakfast serving table and even dipping into the coconut sauce. This is not just poor service — it is a serious health hazard. Despite immediately informing the staff, there was no prompt action taken to remove the contaminated food or address the situation, which is extremely alarming. This experience raises serious concerns about the hotel’s cleanliness standards, food safety practices, and overall management. I would strongly caution other travellers and urge the management to take immediate and strict corrective measures before exposing more guests to such conditions."
