Thank you for looking at our home on Higgins Lake! This spring-fed lake, with its sandy shores and lake bottom, boasts pristine clear waters, and crystal green depths. Our dock extends 80 feet from the shore. The water is knee deep with white sand bottom for 300 feet, then gradually drops off to deeper water. We have 200 feet of beautiful sandy beach front.The Big House can sleep up to 12. It has a beautiful knotty pine interior, great room, 2 glassed in porches, and a brand new kitchen. The house was built by a local well known Swedish craftsman. There are many examples of fine carpentry throughout the house. The lake fills the view through the large picture windows which run the length of the house. The deck offers a spectacular view, especially on clear nights when the water sparkles in the myriad colors of the sunset.While this is our family home, we rent the house for some summer weeks and early fall, and we thank you for looking!
