"The hotel is relatively new, and its location is decent. It's right by the highway exit, and the price is significantly cheaper than hotels in the city center. It's a good choice for those traveling by car. It takes about half an hour to get to San Sebastian, and it's not far from other nearby attractions. The service was very warm and friendly, and all the staff tried their best to help. This time, I had an issue with a parking ticket from another city and didn't know how to deal with it. Kai, the guy at the front desk, spent a long time looking into it for me and even asked his friends for advice. He gave me a few viable suggestions, which helped me resolve the problem. Overall, it was a good experience at this hotel."

We finished it off by eating at the Aiten Etxe auction, by Javi Sierra, everything was super delicious! A very balanced tandem hotel and restaurant! We will be back"

"This trip to Spain was pretty spontaneous; we booked hotels wherever we wanted. Unfortunately, we ended up staying out quite late, and all the nearby hotels were fully booked. We decided to try this historic building, which looked like something out of a horror movie. The floorboards creaked as soon as we got up. The front desk service was actually quite good. We arrived around 9 pm, and my husband was already quite hungry, so they immediately took us to the restaurant for dinner before checking us in. The room was quite large, with a retro and nostalgic feel, and the view from the window was beautiful. It's nice to stay in a room with a unique ambiance."

"Staying at the Bide Bide was one of the very best hotel experiences I've ever had, and I've travelled a great deal, going back to the 1970s. From the warm welcome, to the helpful advice on the town, to the very comfortable room, the delightful art (including the fantastic puppets!), and the very friendly bar/restaurant with great breakfasts/lunches, I could not wish for better. I look forward to returning to a slightly bigger room with my wife, and one with views out on the plaza, that would be icing on the cake! Mil Esker, Gracias, Thank you!"

"Small hotel with very friendly staff, splendidly located in the old part of Zarauzt, comfortable room although without windows... The stay was very good because Pablo informed us very well about everything we could see, eat and do.... The downside is that you cannot park near the hotel and that it is a bit expensive for the category of the establishment. Still, I recommend it..."

"This hotel is located in a small town near San Sebastian, about a 15-minute drive away, and you can park right in front of the hotel. They offer online check-in; after filling out your information in advance, you'll receive an access code so you can open the door and enter your room when it's time. The hotel facilities are quite new, and while I'm not sure about other services, it's definitely clean."
