"It took less than half an hour to drive from the Bronx, and the speed was up. The surroundings are very good, very quiet and you can run in the morning. Breakfast is an ordinary American meal. The room was clean and the staff was very nice."

"The hotel was in an excellent location for our needs,as I was having a medical procedure. It was very accessible to major highways and local roads. There were many restaurants in the area offering a variety of food choices. The staff was very accommodating and took care of our every need. I definitely would stay here again when I am in the area. "The hotel’s environment is great, just like living in a manor. It has a large area, big trees, lawns, sculptures, and greenery. The deer is often seen on the lawn, and the little squirrels run around. No car is simply unreachable. The hotel does not have lunch, only breakfast and dinner, breakfast 22 knives, simple Western style breakfast. Room facilities are average and old."

"This hotel shows Double Tree on the map, and the street tag is also Double Tree, but it is Hilton, so don't hesitate to go straight in. It is estimated to be cooperative. However, the facilities and renovations are in accordance with the standards of the Hilton Hotel, and the charges are normal roadside motel prices, so the price is very high. The first floor room has a balcony door to sit in the garden and have a cup of tea."

"A quiet hotel in a quiet village, the rooms are relatively large and comfortable. The breakfast is rather monotonous, and the Chinese stomach can only eat some cold fruits. There is a steak house downstairs that tastes good. There is nothing else to eat nearby, and there are many choices if you drive out for ten minutes. By the way, there are no slippers in this hotel, please bring your own if you need them."

"This stay was not what I would call good... It was in fact a poor experience. By this I mean. I arrived at 3.50pm to get checked into a room that I was informed would be ready for check in at 3pm... The room was not ready, and i was told they would try to have it ready in 20-25 mins. I explained that that was not acceptable. I was told I could wait in the lobby area...I again explained that that was not acceptable. Another employee jumped in to say, I could sit in the lobby. Now I am irritated. I explained in more detail that I could not very well change in the lobby, being that I had to change and get to a wedding in Yonkers for 5.30...He then started to challenge me. Started telling me how he didn't like the tone of my voice. I then dismissed him and suggested he move away and let me deal with the situation with the desk clerk...who by the way was VERY, VERY, helpful, and whom I had no issues with, because she was doing everything she could to accommodate. The real problem was with the cleaning crew and their supervisor , who kept telling her the wrong things. I even offered for them to allow me to change, and then they could have the room to complete getting it ready. They told her to tell me that it wasn't protocol for me to do that. To which I responded that it wasn't protocol to not have the room ready. At this time the desk associate, Aaliyah, who as I said was very helpful, and who I had NO ISSUES with, and she knew that, suggested that I would be reimbursed 50% for all the stress that I encountered, and gave me the room key to allow me and my wife to change and be on our way. This is where I say common sense made more sense than ”protocol”. So my review will be....Great job handling a difficult situation by the desk associate, Aaliyah... Poor job by the room ready crew. And a terrible job by the associate who decided to challenge me in what was a difficult situation, instead of finding a way to help. 5 STARS for Aaliyah 1 STAR for Cleaning Crew (-0) for associate."

"Glad they started serving hot breakfast, wish they had more options though ! I normally never have issues with hotel but this time I had a crazy person following me and my son and he made my stay very uncomfortable he was even arrested the next day grateful for that but still ruined my stay !! Just be aware of your surroundings cause it's a very secluded location ! Pool is nice and cold lol not heated opens later in the day never Early."

"Stayed for family visiting. The hotel restaurant was non-existent but the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. It is a good location close to downtown Tarrytown with plenty of restaurants to select."
