"We arrived around 8 pm and were able to check in immediately. The desk staff was very friendly. The parking lot was too full and couldn't accommodate the cars for all the guests, potentially because of some snow piles but there were also some transport trucks (no trailers) parked in the back. The bed and room itself was clean but the bathroom wasn't swept well. There was hair rolled in the anti slip shower mat and on the floor. There were spare pillows in the room and the fridge was bigger than the usual one you would expect. I like that the whole hotel is non- smoking. The heater wasn't overly loud and we slept comfortably. It is close to a gas station and coffee. The downtown area is a short drive or 15 min walk away for more food options. There is a YMCA down the street if exercise is important to you while travelling."

"The location is excellent, right on the main road, with several restaurants nearby, and not far from supermarkets and gas stations. Check-in was convenient, and the staff were friendly. Free parking was also convenient; you could park directly in front of the room, making it easier to retrieve luggage. The room was relatively clean, and clean towels were provided. However, the air conditioner was quite noisy, and the room was a bit dirty. The price-performance ratio is average, roughly equivalent to a 200 RMB room in China."

"Service at the O&B hotel restaurant was terrible. Our waitress disappeared for 10–25 minutes at a time, and the food was mediocre at best—aside from the pizza, which was decent. By the end we were practically begging just to get our bill. Our hotel room wasn’t much better. It was dusty, several surfaces and pieces of furniture needed repairs, and we even found a cockroach. I killed it, but have no idea if there were more. Overall, the experience was disappointing, especially given the price and the reputation of this hotel. I won’t be coming back anytime soon—if ever."
