The hotel felt very deserted. The floors were generally closed and seemed to be under renovation. I had to leave early the next morning, so I left my room card at the front desk. I left without breakfast"

"We were a group of four, and the apartment was spacious. It had a mini-kitchen fully equipped for cooking. It was a super short, 3-minute walk to the Gudauri gondola lift, very close indeed. The Spar supermarket was only a 1-minute walk away, so the location was incredibly convenient. The apartment also came with a locker for storing sports equipment. It was warm inside, with several radiators for heating, plenty of electrical outlets, and a washing machine. The owner handed us the keys and had everything ready for us, and was always in touch. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! 👍
The only minor drawback was the lack of a simple foldable drying rack for clothes. We had to dry everything on the backs of beds and chairs. Such a small thing would have made our stay even more comfortable. 😃"

"Hotel was good. Room was quite warm. Breakfast was also good. We were 10 people and we had lots of bags, so one of the staff person helped us as well, I don’t know his name though. Overall good experience. "

No. 1 of Scenic Hotels in Georgia"The room is not big, but relatively comfortable. It is convenient for skiing. You can slide in and out of the hotel. The snow in the ski resort is good, suitable for beginners. The breakfast is rich in variety and the red wine is great. The hotel's outdoor hot tub is a highlight. If you are a family with children, there is an indoor swimming pool on the ground floor of the hotel, which is relatively small and enough for children to play in."

"I would say lack of customer service. Although the staff were warm & welcoming ( without smile from reception ). The service want to point out is on information & communication regarding an in house service of dinner buffet, which was failed to be mentioned on being seated at the restaurant or at reception."

"Stayed for the second time, the most convenient hotel in the snow field, there are people cleaning every day, Gudori is better, after all, most of them are apartments, this hotel has a good sense of service. The door is the snow road, the night scene is also at the door, very convenient, super recommended"

"Quiet hotel, suitable for skiing masters, as it is right next to the slopes. It's cool to slide all the way! The landlady was very friendly, and when she saw the children like playing with snow, they found a twisting car. Going skiing on the hillside is especially loving!"
