"Property's location was nice... Amenities were okay, rooms were small Didn't find it value for money.. Also, the restaurant service is slow, also found it to be expensive, especially water (they only give 2 bottles of 500ml as complimentary between 2 people) which is very less. They sell water for 3 laris, which is available at less than 1 lari in a near by supermarket... so, carry your own water... I had booked a cab to Tbilisi via them and also to friendship monument for which they did not had an option of paying via card, manager said, it's mandatory to pay by cash only, which made me suspicious of the manager having any sort of commission in these such transactions... best is to get your own cabs from Tbilisi only ... We took a one way cab from Tbilisi to Gudari in 125 laris via yandex, but the return cab, which hotel manager helped us book, asked for 350 laris, which we negotiated to 280 laris, which is more than twice, but we had no option, as yandex was not available... overall, i didn't find my stay as value for money at this property..."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We stayed for a couple of days, and everything was great. The location is especially convenient for skiing — right next to the hotel there is a slope, and if you go down just a little, you will reach the first ski lift. This made it very easy and comfortable to get on the slopes quickly. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel"

Such delicious food - breakfasts and dinners - my friends and I are very delighted. Everything is delicious, they fed us Georgian national cuisine. Lots of meat, fruits and vegetables. Beautiful dishes! Table setting! And also UNEXPECTEDLY - Georgian wine!!! The hosts themselves are so caring! There are comparisons with other hotels (also in Gudauri) - but now only here!!!! "Good: comfortable rooms if a bit on the small side. Very friendly, helpful (and English speaking) manager and staff. Restaurant OK. Pool and sauna are great after a day on the slopes. To note: it is quite a way out of New Gudauri (where the main ski lift, restaurants, bars, ski rentals etc are located). The manager will run you to and pick you up from the base of the "Shino" lift near the hotel but if you need to get into Gudauri (or fancy eating there after skiing) you will have to call the hotel (they are very efficient about responding) and pay about 20 Lari."
