"Very nice stay. Service was excellent. The room was clean and the amenities were complete. Breakfast could be improved though. There were not much choices and the daily spread had little variety if you stay miltiple nights."

"The location isn't bad, but it's on the opposite side from the airport entrance/exit, so just keep that in mind. There are several restaurants within walking distance, so you probably won't be too inconvenienced. This time, my purpose was just to sleep there, so I didn't prioritize the 'hotel life' experience much, but if that's important to you, this might not be the place. The staff were perfectly fine. The breakfast wasn't luxurious, but it was tastier than I expected."

"The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. There are 2 swimming pools available which is great. Restaurant’s food is amazing too! However, it seemed like the hotel was understaffed. We arrived around 11:30am, but since the check-in is strictly at 2pm, we went for lunch at the restaurant first. However, when we came back at 2pm, they made us wait for another 30mins because there was only 1 receptionist and it took her a long time to process the family ahead of us. Housekeeping also came late even if we put up the “makeup room” sign before we left for our tour. When we came back at 4pm, our room was still untouched, and the housekeeping only arrived at 5:30pm. Soundproofing was also not as good. We could hear our neighbor upstairs moving the furniture at 4am."

"Stayed three nights, it’s a nice hotel with potential. Service varied between the workers but the majority of the workers were pleasant. Used the pool/bar area on our first night there but didn’t return there again as it wasn’t very organised with not enough towels for people swimming. Ended up having to go back to the room dripping wet which seemed fine for the staff at the pool and bar but introduced some hazards with wet slippery tiles in the hallways and hotel lifts. I think the hotel is a little under resourced with the essential items to have a completely comfortable experience. The location though is second to none with being next door to a large Robinsons shopping centre, Starbucks, and other great eating establishments."

The water park was a big hit with our son, who had an absolute blast. There’s also a massage center, which was wonderfully relaxing, and a lovely canopy area for tour inquiries and bookings. Whether you’re into golf, relaxing by the beach, or enjoying a delicious dinner by the water, there’s something for everyone here. 8. Dinner with Fire Dance: Dining at the resort’s beachfront restaurant was a magical experience. Not only did we enjoy fantastic meals, but we were also treated to a mesmerizing fire dance performance as we dined. It added such a special touch to the evening. 9. Fantastic Staff: Throughout our stay, the staff went out of their way to make our experience enjoyable. Kent, Arvin, and Susan, especially, were always so humble, kind, and smiling, even when we had late-night requests for dinner or drinks. Their hospitality truly made us feel like family. 10. "We recently stayed at this resort hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the amenities—from the pool to the common areas—were impressive and well-maintained. However, we were quite disappointed to return to our room after housekeeping had been in, only to find the door left open. This raised serious concerns about security and left us feeling uneasy. Thankfully, nothing was missing, but it’s something management should seriously look into. Also, while the breakfast buffet was decent, the variety was limited. For a resort of this caliber, we expected more options to choose from. In summary, it’s a nice place with great staff and facilities, but there’s definitely room for improvement when it comes to security and food offerings."

"The hotel room is very spacious . The room is perfect .i enjoyed staying at the hotel, the staff and front desk is very accommodating. They are very attentive on what i need. The hotel is close to SM ,public market and baywalk. Which is really good. I wish they have pool so they can maximize the view I also wish the they have more equipment at the gym. Overall, this place is great spot. For those who like to explore the city."

"Rooms were very spacious (great to organizing our luggage. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Location was right in the middle of the city so it was very convenient and close by to some of the nicest food spots. Overall, 10/10 recommend!"

"The staff here is super polite and hospitable. We said that we have a flight at 6 am on the next day, so they have prepared an early breakfast for us, which was available since 5:30 am. Breakfast was decent. Also, the hotel has provided a free drop off to the airport, which we did appreciate a lot. In general, everything was amazing. The only upsetting thing was the noise outside. It was hard to fall asleep because of the motorbikes driving around and people being noisy outside, but it’s hard to blame the hotel on that. If possible, I recommend booking a room on the back part of the hotel, so it’s less close to the road."
