"The soft drink machine can only be used at breakfast. My package included breakfast and dinner, yet during dinner no drinks are provided for guests – not even water. If someone wants something to drink, the only option is to go to the bar and pay for it. This means that during dinner you have to keep going back and forth to the bar, which is quite absurd in a hotel restaurant. On top of that, they only provide 2–3 dl glasses, which you finish in two sips, so you can basically keep going back to pay again. When we finally managed to get the attention of a waiter, after about 10 minutes he brought two jugs of water, a cola, and one separately requested 0.5-liter bottle of mineral water to the table. Before that, we specifically asked whether jugged mineral water was available, since we were a group. The answer was yes. However, when the bill arrived, it turned out that the two jugs had actually been poured from 4 separate half-liter bottles of mineral water, plus the one extra half-liter bottle we ordered separately – meaning we ended up paying for a total of 5 bottles of 0.5-liter mineral water. This in itself is not the problem, but the correct answer to our question should have been no, followed by offering this option. When the drinks arrived, I received a visibly dirty glass. It wasn’t just a water stain – you could clearly see the fruit pulp from a previously consumed drink in it. When I asked for another glass, the waiter started picking from around 50 glasses, which rather suggested that this was not an isolated issue. The replacement glass was slightly better, but still far from clean. I eventually had to drink straight from the bottle. The buffet was also quite small compared to the number of guests. It resulted in serious overcrowding, with people practically standing on top of each other while trying to serve themselves. At times it was so crowded that people were almost spilling food on each other while trying to choose something from the buffet. For a restaurant full of dinner guests, there were only about 3–4 waiters, which is clearly not enough. Honestly, if there isn’t a budget even for the basics – proper drink service, clean glasses, and sufficient staff – then perhaps a hotel shouldn’t be operating this way. It is especially surprising to experience this in a Hunguest Hotels property. And unfortunately this was not my first similar experience with them: in another one of their hotels, the pool water in the wellness area was cold in the middle of winter, and outside the rooms the entire building felt freezing. Overall, it was quite a disappointing experience from a chain that is supposed to operate as a hotel network. In a hotel, people usually don’t expect luxury – just a clean glass and not having to sit through dinner thirsty. Apparently, even that is too much to expect here."

"I stayed at this hotel with my mum and sister. The pictures looked nice, but the reality was different. The positive things were the location, which was close to the town centre, and the air conditioning, which was very useful because it was very hot outside. Unfortunately, the rooms were old and not very clean. The bathroom did not seem properly cleaned either. There were no separate shampoo and shower gel products, only a dispenser on the wall with the same liquid used as both hand wash and shower gel, different dispenser The breakfast was very disappointing. The food seemed cheap and low quality, and we ended up going out for breakfast and coffee. They even had peaches that did not look fresh and were not something I would normally eat. The hotel advertises a hot tub and jacuzzi, but these have to be paid for separately and are not included in the stay. For the price, I expected much better. The staff were just invisible and we hardly saw anyone during our stay. Luckily, our stay was only for two nights. The hotel definitely needs some modernisation and a much better breakfast selection with fresher, higher-quality food. Overall, I do not think the hotel offers good value for money, and I would not choose to stay here again"
