I drove to Harbin, and this hotel has a parking lot and charging stations. It's about a 5-6 minute walk to the subway and bus stations, which is very convenient. I initially planned to stay one night and move if I didn't like it, but I ended up extending my stay for two more nights. The environment here is clean and hygienic, and the staff's service attitude is excellent. Robots even help with service, delivering water and daily necessities. The breakfast is rich and varied, and the thoughtful manager even gave us complimentary fruit! Although it's a bit far from the city center, it's not an issue if you're driving. Full marks all around!

The hotel environment is excellent, and the lobby exudes a sense of understated luxury! There's also a gym, and we always spend an hour working out there. The breakfast in the morning is unbeatable, perfectly catering to Northeastern tastes! The housekeeping staff kept our room spotless, and even delivered fruit and snacks daily! The front desk staff were incredibly nice, their service was impeccable! We'll definitely be back.

This was the most satisfying hotel of the entire trip. The hotel breakfast was plentiful and delicious! It met my requirements and standards for a 5-star hotel! The hotel corridor had a camellia fragrance, the room was clean and tidy, and the details such as slippers and toothbrushes were color-coded. The smart robot for turning on and off appliances was very convenient, and the bottled water in the refrigerator was Nongfu Spring water. The gym on the first floor had a few minutes of playtime for the children. It's a pity that I didn't take any pictures of the food. The staff at the hotel reception and restaurant were very friendly and professionally trained, which is commendable 👍 I will definitely consider this hotel again for my next trip and will recommend it to my friends.

Overall it's ok. The only problem is that there's no place to put clothes in the bathroom. After taking a shower, you have to go out of the bathroom to get dressed, which is very inconvenient, considering that I'm going out with boys as well as girls. It would be more convenient if there was a glass door outside the bathroom. 🤭🤭

Because of my poor standard, the worst room type, the front desk took the initiative to upgrade the room. Because I had to postpone my day, but because the housing was tight and there was no suitable room, the front desk manager Yuan was very hard (or because I was poor) to squeeze a room.
