"The reception staff were not very friendly. Check-in was incredibly slow and cumbersome! There was a huge queue and only one person working. During the night, a fire alarm went off. There was one person (I assume security) who didn't really know what to do. Luckily, it was a false alarm. Afterwards, it was very unclear if we could go back inside. Not a single friendly word or gesture was offered. The staff seriously need a lot of improvement. The room itself was clean, and having a small kitchen was great. It was quite spacious, the bed was good, and the air conditioning worked well. The location next to the central station is very convenient. There's also a bakery there (if you book without breakfast)."
