"when we went to check in lady told us there is no rooms when i showed her two confirmations still woundnt let us checkin and told us find another hotel in town. i tried call back later yo speek to manger and her keep hanging up now im out two down payments totaling over 100 dollars. ask trip advisor to help and she wont answer phone. what a way to run a business! this made us later for traim ride in cooperstown train left out us."
