"A wonderful hotel. Located on a pedestrian street, it's very quiet. It's literally 5-7 minutes to the entrance to Lake Heviz. The room was very comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The breakfast and dinner were excellent. There's a small spa area, and you can buy wellness packages. I'd be happy to come back!"

"Everything was great. We were at the hotel in January and thank God we were lucky with the weather. Europa Fit is in a very convenient location, in the very center, close to both the lake and the bus station. The hotel has 7 swimming pools, 3 of which are thermal, with water from its own well. Very convenient in terms of time and duration of work - the pool, saunas and kitchen. Excellent staff. I would especially like to note Magdalena at the reception, a charming and highly cultured woman who speaks excellent Russian and is always ready to help. I would like to note the cleanliness, they cleaned every day and even on weekends. After repeated visits to sanatoriums in other countries - an excellent impression. "A very nice, modern hotel, flooded with natural light. In front of the hotel is a large, secure parking lot with covered spaces (fees apply). We received a friendly welcome from the bellboy at the entrance, who took care of our luggage, and again at reception during check-in. Everything was explained clearly. The rooms are large with very comfortable beds and a choice of pillows, air conditioning, TV (with many channels – ORF 1 and 2 as well as other German and foreign-language channels), a safe, plenty of space for clothes, a balcony, and a bathroom with shower, sink, hairdryer, and toilet. There is also a clothesline for drying swimwear. A spa bag, bathrobe, and slippers are provided in the room. Many thanks to the housekeeping staff, who work very cleanly. Bath towels are provided free of charge at the entrance to the thermal baths. The restaurant offers a generous breakfast and dinner buffet. The quality and selection are very good. It is comfortably furnished with a view of the garden and the outdoor pool of the thermal baths. The service was always very attentive and friendly (everyone speaks good German). The desired dress code in the restaurant is smart casual, which almost everyone adheres to. Unfortunately, there are always a few uncouth individuals who don't understand it and unwittingly become the butt of the joke. There's plenty of space in the bar area, where a different band plays excellent live music each evening, and dancing is encouraged. We particularly liked that the tables and lighting here are also well-suited for playing games. The spa reception offers a wide range of treatments and services. A visit to the salt cave is highly recommended for respiratory health. My back pain was gone the very next day after the Yumeiho massage. My wife was very pleased with the deluxe pedicure, and we were both delighted with the hairdresser's work. The entire spa is very clean and visibly well-maintained, but due to the different levels and steps, it is not wheelchair accessible. Because of the limited space, there aren't many loungers available indoors. Therefore, please note: if loungers are occupied but not in use, the spa staff will collect the towels to make them available to other guests – we think that's fantastic. A relaxation room is accessible via a spiral staircase, but since it's open to the floor below, it's just as noisy as the entire lower spa area with the jacuzzi, whirlpool loungers, and jets. The second spa area, with the thermal pool and two other pools, is quieter, but the loungers are very warm. The outdoor area is large, with five whirlpool loungers and benches in the water. There are plenty of showers and toilets throughout. A changing area with a clothes dryer is also available. It's a great place to relax and unwind, because thankfully, unlike many other spas where children are allowed to run around, make noise, squeal, and scream, there's nothing to worry about here. A visit to the spa is a truly relaxing experience."

"The best: -Very clean and quiet rooms. -Very fluffy bathrobes, and one spa towel and spa undertowel. -Enough parking lots. -All thermal and treatment places are very close to each other and totally barrier-free. -Helpful, patient and nice staff - all of them, from the receptionists to the first-aid paramedics to the housekeeping ladies. -Spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, table and chairs in the balcony are a plus. --Fresh, well-cooked, savoury, mostly Hungarian food, not too much variety but everything was very tasty and easy to digest (a plus for ailing guests). We enjoyed especially the goulash, the fish stews, the "bivaly" (oxen) slices, the beefsteak tartar, and the hot Hungarian desserts (the hot curd cheese pastry with berry sauce was wonderful, for instance!). -The outdoor heated pool with jacuzzi and bubbly "hotspots" is fantastic and big enough to accommodate a few dozen guests at a time. -Pets are welcome, a big plus for many elderly patients who can't bear to be separated from them. Can be improved: -Zero bottled water in the room (c'mon, this is an intensive thermal treatment facility, and constant hydration is a MUST!), although there are two drinking water fountains in the basement/spa area, and one drinking water spigot inside the breakfast and dinner restaurant. -EVERY drink at lunch and dinner (except tap water) must be paid extra - and it´s *expensive*: I mean, 4 Euros for a 1 liter water bottle? A hint: there´s a tiny tobacco shop just opposite the hotel where you can buy water, sodas, beer, and alcoholic beverages for a fraction of the price they are asking at the hotel. -No lunch is included, only breakfast and dinner. The only place you can have a narrow selection of hot sandwiches and simple dishes is the bar on the reception floor. Again, no free water or any kind of drinks. -No coffee/tea with the dinner buffet offered - again, this is a half-medical spa where most guests would really appreciate some kind of digestive tea/chamomile/herbal infusion after dinner. -No bedroom slippers unless you are staying in a "superior category" room. -The indoor swimming pool is very useful, but 28ºC water temperature (at least, that was the advertised themp) is a bit too chilly for wintertime. Overall, 4.5 out of 5 points, we were very satisfied, and we will certainly return!"

"Recommended by Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform), this hotel was almost empty except for my husband and me, who were the only two Asians there. It was mostly elderly people from the local area and nearby countries coming for relaxation. By Friday evening, there were a few younger guests. The hotel's hot springs were fantastic, and the overall decor and facilities were tailored to the needs of senior guests. We stayed three nights. The first two mornings we didn't get up, and on the third morning, when we opened the curtains, we were completely stunned. The distant lake was shrouded in mist, like a fairyland. The hotel is right next to the Hevíz Lake Bathing Area, but we didn't go. The hotel's hot springs are sourced from the lake, so it was very convenient to soak and then easily return to our room. All meals were included, so we didn't have to worry about what to eat. We also strolled around the town; it was very quiet and relaxing."
