THE HOUSE IS LOCATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TEJEDA, DECLARED ONE OF THE 30 MOST BEAUTIFUL VILLAGES IN SPAIN. renovated traditional Canarian farmhouse, over 250 years old, for exclusive use "without sharing." This stone house has wooden floors, maintaining the original structure and materials of its construction. The house has been officially declared a Historical Heritage of Cultural Interest by the Canary Islands Government. It has two large terraces with a barbecue, and a private pool is also available from March to October. Its furniture has been preserved and renovated without sacrificing the enjoyment and comfort of modern advances, incorporating appliances and other elements that make the stay comfortable. We are proud to present you this wonderful property. Our precious gem designed for relax, rural tourism and hiking. Just look in the photo gallery to see more of the house. A cottage house, but luxurious in details: several rooms, several fireplaces, central heating throughout the whole house, wine cellar with billiard table, four bedrooms and three bathrooms, sun beds, fruit trees for their own use fresh eggs from our chickens. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the other has 2 single beds. The fourth bedroom is composed of a trundle bed and a bunk bed, ideal for children. Villa Cloty San Mateo, offers a beautiful private prefabricated swimming pool and sunbeds in its large garden.
