Location is 10 min from Woodinville and world class wineries, 10 min from Bellevue and Redmond, Sea-Tac Airport is less than 25 min away, Seattle downtown is less than 30 mins away. Apartment front door is on ground level. There are stairs heading up to main floor and laundry room to right with washer and dryer. Upstairs there is a nice living room with tv, a full kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The apartment is located in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of trees.The apartment has an attached driveway that is available for parking. There are spots for at least 2 cars. The apartment door has a keypad so you can check in when you want. Code will be provided on check in day. The garage that is attached to apartment is not part of the rental.
