There were a few little glitches - the lockbox was locked - some plates were left in the microwave oven, but nothing that we couldn’t deal with. The service staff were fine - one young man was a little overmatched for the work, but the other staff were fine. Overall - this is an adequate, no frills place to stay in Hoofddorp"
