"I thought it was pretty good on the first day and I renewed my subscription. However, when I came back the next day, there was no cleaning. So I called the front desk and asked someone to clean it. After waiting for 40 minutes, no one came. I was asked to change rooms and kept saying that the cleaning staff had already come up. Then I saw an uncle cleaning the room opposite. It rained heavily in Guiyang today, and I was soaked all over. I always wanted to take a hot bath, but now I have a fever, so I will leave this bad review here."

If it was another guest, why were there two or more room cards for the same room? Or how could other room cards open doors other than my own? If it was a cleaning lady, why did she open the door at 11:00 AM when check-out was supposed to be at 2:00 PM? I told her someone was there, and she just said, "Wrong number." I was changing clothes at the time, and if it weren't for the security chain, and I was awake, she probably would have come in. I hope your hotel can improve in this regard!"
