"Excellent location immediately next to the JR station. We arrived very early as we were going to Disneyland and they allowed us to store our luggage before check-in. The room was exceptionally clean with good amenities. The room was small but the bathroom was much bigger than expected. We got a semi-double room, I'd recommend getting a full double as a couple as the bed was a little small but I would 100% recommend this hotel."

"1) the receptionist on May 14, 2025 around 22:00 was not willing to help us doing the self-check in kiosk. We were about 15 minutes struggling on putting our names or booking ID to verify the booking but it didn’t work. After that a staff with glasses came from the room from the back of reception and helped us through it. Thx a lot to her. 2. The carpet in the room is very old and dirty"

They have a selection of pillows, pajamas, and face masks. The breakfast isn't very varied, but it's filling. The room is small, but my husband, I, and a large suitcase fit just fine. The noise from the hallway is loud; a family with children checked in on Sunday night and woke us up."
