"We stayed in the lower bridal suite, which supposedly has a queen bed. It felt less wide than a queen bed and the strange thing was the mattress was higher in the middle than the sides, so with two in a bed, it felt like we were rolling off to the outside. Otherwise, room was clean and nicely appointed. Dog friendly was a bonus. Check out was at 11, and after check out, we were allowed to use the pool, but there is no place to shower or change after pool use. The resturant on premise had good live music and good food."

"This place was a gem we came across looking for a quiet place to relax in nature. We got an upgrade to two rooms, with a fridge and microwave, a porch that felt like a tree house. The pool under the pine trees was lovely. The manager was super friendly and informative. In general the place has an old worldly charme and lends itself for hikes in the vicinity, relaxing by the pool or on the porch or trips into town. Would love to come back!"

"Absolutely lovely place! The service was wonderful, with people who are swift, responsive, and thoughtful. The decor is beautiful and relaxing! It is right next next to the main part of Idyllwild, enabling visits to the town and then relaxing time alone. It has every amenity you could want, as well. In addition to great wi-fi, large space, and all comforts you could want, there are a complimentary breakfast and dinner that are delicious! We had a previous favorite Idyllwild hotel that won’t name, but 15 minutes into Harvey House, we knew this was our staple for years to come. We love Harvey House and strongly recommend it!"
