"We went to Ypres to visit the WW1 sites and museums. This hotel was located in the city centre. The city itself is beautiful. Mostly car free, lots of cute cafes. The hotel was excellent. Great service. Spacious rooms with everything you need including a nespresso machine and lots of USB charigng facilities."

"A very good central location. On street paid parking at a reasonable price. Street parking is free between 20:00 and 9:00. The hotel reception was great and helpful. Quiet room."

"Jo runs a really delightful B and B close to the town centre and absolutely perfect for a group of six friends who came to see the sights and walk the100km van Ieper. The rooms are really smart and spacious, the beds are comfy and can split into twins and the showers are terrific. Breakfast is served. In a bright spacious room overlooking the garden. Great choices of breads, cheese, meats, cereals and home made preserves. Jo is chatty and always smiling, knowledgeable about the area and provides a great tonic to start the day. Will certainly be back again and highly recommend for anyone who wants to stay within walking distance of town but just away from the hustle and bustle of the town square. Thank you Jo, you made us all very welcome and we hope to stay with you again another time."

"Stayed for one night only having stayed previously before revamp. This time we had a room overlooking the fire escape, which was cramped unlike before. Had to wait for breakfast to be replenished by a quite "cold" manager / manageress, infact the only smile we had was from the cleaning lady...thankyou. We will not be returning."

Our beautiful day ended perfectly, thanks to the delicious sweets, a delicious dinner and abundant dessert buffet!"

"Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good, although buffet did not include any hot food. Hotel is situated right next to World War One trenches, craters and cemeteries. It is also a short drive to Ypres, for more on World War One."
