"There is no hair dryer or kettle in the hotel room. The socket is hard to find. The window is leaking. Although there is heating in the room, it still feels quite cold after the air leakage. I went to the front desk to ask for a kettle, but the front desk said that the hotel does not provide it. The service staff's English is very average. There is no elevator in the hotel, but there is one in the corridor. There are stairs of different heights to pass, which is very inconvenient to take the luggage. To go to the restaurant, you have to walk from the corridor to the lobby first, and then walk in the opposite direction from the lobby to reach the restaurant. The distance is quite far. The hotel said that breakfast will start at 8:00, but when we arrived at 8:10, the door of the restaurant was not open. When we checked out at 9:00 in the morning, we wanted to ask the service staff to help with the luggage, but there was still no service staff to take the luggage at 9 o'clock in the morning. It was also difficult to open and close the door of the room, which should be due to the deformation of the door."

"It was a good experience even though we couldn't use the pool because it rained in the afternoon and we had to check out at 10:30 the next morning. Check-out time is noon, like at most other hotels. That's the only thing I didn't like."

"It's a shame we can't give a negative rating, as everything from arrival to departure is deplorable. The room we were given didn't match the photos at all, and coincidentally, no other rooms were available. The bathroom was stuck in the 80s, the walls were questionable, and the bedding was unacceptable for a hotel. In short, this place is absolutely to be avoided."
