It is easy to find, and everything is immaculately kept and decorated to the style and era the home was built in. Charles is a great communicator, and was completely open to allowing us to host our baby shower for my Sister-In-Love's soon-coming baby boy! For our theme, The Last Seed, it was an absolutely perfect venue!"

"I had a very nice stay. I was there for business. My room was very clean but I walked to the ice machine just across the hall and my feet got soaked. Nothing worse then wet socks. Must of had a machine leak because in the morning they had towels and a blower on the floor. Stuff happens. I like that there was someone there attending at all times because unfortunately the area needs some City Clean Up. Again, not the Hotels fault but I appreciate them looking over the parking lot. Sure would have liked a coffee maker. I will stay there again."

"We stayed at Silver Heart Inn & Cottages so we could attend a Savannah Bananas game. We had one person in a room at the inn and three of us were in the Wren Cottage. Our family loved staying here and had a great time. Charles was an absolutely lovely host! Breakfast was delicious both days and we bought a cinnamon sugar sour dough loaf that Charles was going to sell at the Farmer's Market! Sooo good! On the drive home it was repeated multiple times, "I really liked the bed & breakfast!""

"From the moment we stepped through the front door the stay was crap. There was no front desk clerk. There is literally a kiosk with a guy from India on the screen. They outsourced their front desk to India. In the morning there was someone at the desk, but for check in it was the kiosk. Then at midnight my wife woke me up... bed bugs. They wouldn't refund us since we already stayed for more than a few hours. So I tried to negotiate... how about letting us out of the reservation for the next 2 nights since I rsvp'd for 3? Na, we will just move your room. No, we are not staying here. We did not pay for bed bugs. OK, we will let you out for the bed bug room, but not the room that didn't have them (we had 2 rooms). Finally after threatening to write a review they gave us a refund for both rooms."

"Check-in was great, room appeared clean upon arrival but when you take off your shoes it was bad. House keeping comes very early in the morning and leave at lunch so those of us who work late at night don't get the luxury of a made bed, fresh sheets or, clean towels. Breakfast had 2 options but it is based on first come first serve. All in all..... Not satisfied at all"
