"This is a very new hotel with convenient transportation. The stay was very comfortable, the bed was huge, and the room even had a small kitchen. The bathtub was also very big and comfortable. I'm very satisfied! There wasn't any noise, and the staff were friendly."

"I used a single villa in a barrel. The interior was good, very clean. Convenience stores are also close, so it was convenient to use and self check-in / check-out was more convenient. It was a kitchen and a washing machine that could be cooked simple, so it was good for a long stay. Thank you for your good hostel"

"Sapporo 41 Pieces Hotel is a hidden gem in downtown Sapporo, exceeding all expectations! The location is impeccable – within walking distance of Tanukikoji Shopping Street and Odori Park, and just a few hundred meters from Susukino Station, making dining, shopping, and getting to the airport or attractions incredibly convenient. The rooms are spacious and clean, with practical layouts for Loft and Family rooms. The bedding is soft and comfortable. The smart keyless entry is very convenient, and rooms are equipped with kitchen amenities like a microwave and refrigerator, as well as comprehensive toiletries. The service is warm and professional; the staff speaks fluent English, proactively recommends local eateries, and can assist with luggage storage and itinerary coordination. While there's no in-house restaurant or breakfast service, there are plenty of dining options nearby. Some bunk beds might have low headroom, but overall, the value for money is outstanding. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, this is an excellent accommodation choice in Sapporo."

"Exceptional stay with unbeatable convenience I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the ANA Crowne Plaza Chitose. The highlight of this property is its incredible location and the convenience it offers. It serves as a perfect base, with an Aeon mall and excellent dining options right nearby. As we were driving, the spacious car park was a major advantage that made getting in and out stress-free. To top it off, having a FamilyMart located directly inside the hotel was incredibly handy for quick purchases. Overall, a truly great stay that I highly recommend."

"Terrible service and frustrating check in experience with a misleading listing While the cleanliness and amenities of the property were excellent, the service and check in process were incredibly frustrating. To be fair, we missed the host’s initial message, which caused some early hiccups. However, the actual on the spot setup is completely unfriendly for self check in. The lobby area requires an access code just to enter. If another group of guests had not happened to walk out and let us in, we would have been stuck outside the building entirely. Once inside, the check in tablet machine was faulty and did not work, forcing us to message the host to manually get our entry password. The most disappointing part was the host's attitude regarding baggage storage. We specifically checked that the listing included baggage storage before booking this hotel. Yet, when we asked about it before checking out, the host simply told us no and told us to go use a chargeable baggage locker at the train station instead. When I pointed out that it was explicitly listed on their profile, they just claimed it was a mistake and offered no real solution. To make it worse, we literally saw other guests' luggage stored in the lobby, meaning the host just chose either not to help us or they do not care. The rooms are nice, but the total lack of basic hospitality and misleading information ruined the stay. Would not recommend if you value reliable service because there is no service to begin with."

"This is a super charming place! The first floor is a cafe serving brunch, and the second floor has a co-working space where you can cook or read. We stayed in the back building, which has a small bookstore downstairs. The room was clean and tidy. They also offer laundry and drying facilities. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!"

"This is by far the best onsen hotel I've ever stayed in! It's located around Jozankei town, with a shuttle bus service from Sapporo, making it very private and quiet. The room is spacious enough, and the private onsen is excellent – my skin felt so smooth after a soak. The bedding was comfortable, and the pillows were quite high-tech. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a healing view of the snowy landscape, and if you're lucky, you might even spot a raccoon! The service was top-notch, patient and enthusiastic. I have to rave about the food at this hotel; the Italian dinner was incredible, every dish was superb, using seasonal local ingredients and beautifully presented. After dinner, you can even take some rice balls, desserts, and drinks back to your room. The hotel has a smoking room and vending machines, so you don't have to worry about going hungry. I'd love to come back again in the summer if I get the chance."

"Had a very wonderful stay at this place. It’s more like a service apartment but the service beats a regular hotel. I had a very small tattoo but desperately wanted to go to an onsen, front office staff ayako-san very kindly offered to help me call the onsen to check. She also recommended another onsen nearer and followed up when she saw me the next day. The room was warm and big, loved the bath system. Do note that they only have a traditional tv, not a smart one."

"The room was spacious with a kitchen, two bathrooms, two toilets, and a total of four sinks. There was also a six-person dining table, a TV, and heating and air conditioning. There's a paid parking lot nearby, which is convenient for car renters. However, the soundproofing wasn't very good. When I encountered people driving cars, I immediately reported it and the issue was resolved. Cleaning and garbage collection aren't daily. After cleaning, the perfume I left on the table was missing. I reported it to the front desk, and the explanation was that it might have been accidentally taken away or disposed of as trash… Anyway, it's gone! It's a bit frustrating, and I hope others don't encounter this problem."

"Checking in was a real struggle. It was a self-check-in system where you'd never know if you didn't receive an email. They didn't send me an email in advance, so I shivered in the lobby for about thirty minutes before finally finding out how to check in. The location was great. The room was in good condition and clean. However, one of the beds had a broken frame, so it creaked the whole time I was sleeping. My daughter worried it might collapse. The draft was too strong near the bed, and the floor wasn't heated at all. While I liked the location and cleanliness, checking in was incredibly difficult. The poor condition of the bed, drafts, and heating made it a bad experience from day one."
