The room was spacious enough to fully open a 29-inch and a 20-inch suitcase, which, for Japan, speaks for itself in terms of value. It's very close to Maihama Station, making travel convenient, and it's a hundred times quieter than the Hilton across the street. The first floor of the Hilton was like a noisy flea market by comparison.

AichicaomeiweierdemiaomiaoThis hotel was the first one we stayed at during our trip to Japan, and we were very satisfied and happy with the experience. It exceeded our expectations! The only slight disappointment was that we weren't given a room with a sea view, but everything else was perfect. I especially want to commend a staff member named 'Tanaka.' Their Chinese was very fluent, and they helped us call a taxi and confirm our destination. There was also a small incident where we left our plush toy 'Danzai' in the room, but after contacting the hotel, we were able to retrieve it. Another incredibly thoughtful detail was that I had left some empty small cosmetic bottles behind, and the housekeeping staff even collected them for me and returned them. If you're planning a trip to Disneyland, this hotel should be your first choice. What I liked most was the reasonable layout of the room, with three single beds and a circular sofa chair perfect for drinking tea, relaxing, or working.

WrinnieThis was our first trip to Japan and we had an amazing time. This hotel was amazing. The room service was great and we got our room cleaned everyday at a set time. Every evening we went back to our room the amenities were always restocked. The bath robs, pajamas and slippers were the best.
But what topped it off was the room we booked had a balcony where we were actually able to open the door and sit out there and see the amazing view.

vivien00The family room for four was quite spacious, and having a separate bed for everyone meant no disturbances. A big thank you to the restaurant staff on the first floor for keeping our forgotten headphones safe. The breakfast was also very generous, they even had a chocolate fountain! My personal favorites were the salad and yogurt. We also tried out the Japanese-style hot springs on the 7th floor; the water temperature was perfect. Just remember to bring your own towel.
The bus from Narita Airport to the hotel costs 2900 JPY, with children under 12 paying half price. However, it takes a very long time because it first goes to Tokyo Disneyland, then to Tokyo DisneySea, then to other hotels like the Hyatt, and finally arrives at Mitsui. The total travel time is about 1 hour and 40 minutes, which is slower than taking the subway. The upside is you don't have to lug your luggage up and down stairs when changing subways.

Guest UserThis hotel has a very convenient location. It is only about a 5-minute walk from Urayasu Station (T18). There are many shops and restaurants nearby, such as Lawson, Daiso, Muji, Seiyu supermarket, Matsumoto Kiyoshi, McDonald's, and Gyu-Kaku. It is very easy to buy food and daily necessities around the hotel.
On the other side of the station, there is a shopping mall with a popular omurice restaurant called “Yellow.”
It is also easy to go to Disneyland and DisneySea. You can take a bus and arrive in about 30 minutes. There is a luggage delivery service (provided by another company) that can send your luggage to airport, which is very convenient.
Going to the airport is also simple. You can go to Kasai Station (T17) and transfer to the airport bus. The bus fare is 1,800 yen for adults and 900 yen for children.
The room has a washing machine, and you can dry your clothes in the bathroom because there is a ventilation system for drying clothes.
Overall, this hotel is very convenient and comfortable, especially for families visiting Disney.

Guest UserThis hotel near Disneyland, despite many reviews mentioning its age (opened in 1988), actually offered a really great experience. The room was spacious, perfect for families with kids and lots of luggage. The bathroom was also larger than typical Japanese hotel bathrooms, with both a shower and a tub, and DHC toiletries provided. Downstairs, there's a shuttle bus to the JR station and the Disney Resort Line across the street. For dining, you can take a shuttle bus to the mall next to the JR station. Aside from not being able to see the fireworks from the hotel, everything else was excellent. The Japanese staff were also very friendly. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time!

Guest UserSo happy I moved here from a cramped guesthouse in the city! It's bright, spacious, and spotlessly clean! I arrived in the morning and someone immediately took care of my luggage, sending it straight to my room while I headed straight to Disneyland! The shuttle to Disneyland is super frequent, and there's also a comfortable bus to the airport, which made everything so easy! Absolutely loved it! I'll definitely come back next time!

yukilovegaI stayed here for 3 nights after visiting Tokyo Disneyland one day and DisneySea the next. It's very close to Bayside Station, just a short walk away, so no need for a shuttle. The hotel is large, and the room was quite spacious, but it's genuinely very old and dated. As soon as you step out of the elevator, there's a strong musty smell that made me sneeze. The air conditioning controls surprised me; I'd never seen anything like them before and almost couldn't figure them out. Although there are several restaurants for breakfast, the food variety isn't actually that much, and the taste is just average. Plus, you have to queue for everything. There are too few coin-operated washing machines, so you can never get a turn. All in all, I wouldn't consider staying here again.

The facilities are excellent and the conditions are superb, plus there's a sea view. The breakfast quality is incredibly high, almost impeccable. My only suggestion: Currently, the hotel provides a video showing the pick-up spot for the return shuttle from Disneyland. However, by the time you leave Disneyland, it's already dark and hard to see the way. Also, after a full day of fun, foreign tourists might have run out of battery or data. I recommend simply providing a Google Maps location. This way, it can be navigated offline.

Guest UserThe room was a bit small, but for a double room, we could push the beds together, which made sleeping more comfortable. Breakfast was quite good, and it's very close to Disneyland, making transport convenient. However, on day 1, around 10 PM, when we arrived at Maihama Station, we found there were no more shuttle buses (though other hotels still had their last bus), which was a bit inconvenient. We ended up having to walk all the way, and it was quite a distance.
