"Wow, I’ve not been impressed with a hotel that caught me by surprise from the moment I entered the building/ room. My stay at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay was absolutely fantastic, and I thoroughly enjoyed each moment of my stay. From check-in, to a welcome message with fruits awaiting me in my room upon check-in, to the different services the hotel offers, like: shuttle for the nearest train station (which connects to the various lines that can help on your journey of exploring the city), exceptional amenities, room service, etc., I was beyond impressed. I’m just sad I did not get to access the rooftop bar, as the weather was not pleasant in the evening during my entire stay, so the bar was closed for safety. I plan to return to Tokyo for another holiday and stay at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tokyo; you won’t regret it."

"The room was clean and tidy, with new and spacious facilities. The breakfast was plentiful, and both my child and I were very satisfied. The hotel's environment is excellent; there's a park just across the road, and it's close to Tokyo Bay with nice views. The hotel offers a free daily shuttle service to and from Disney, making it convenient to visit both Disney parks. There's also a Lawson convenience store on the first floor, which is handy for shopping. Additionally, getting to Narita Airport is very convenient. You can take a direct shuttle bus from the adjacent Hyatt Regency hotel, which is super convenient. Next time I visit Tokyo Disney, the Comfort Hotel Tokyo Bay will definitely be my first choice."

"Facilities: The bathroom setup was excellent with a separate shower and toilet. The room itself was also quite spacious.

There's a complimentary shuttle bus service to Maihama Station. From Maihama, Disneyland is within walking distance, but reaching DisneySea requires a monorail transfer, which costs 600 JPY per person for a round trip.
The Disney store located downstairs closes at 9 PM. The hotel's convenience store was also quite expensive and had a limited selection of goods. A better option is the Lawson convenience store located downstairs at the nearby Hilton hotel, which offers more reasonable prices."

According to our guests, the location of this hotel is one of the best around. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling with families.
"10/10. Couldn’t stop raving about this hotel. It’s perfect in so many aspects. I’d gladly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for accommodation near Disneyland & DisneySea. The shuttle bus is super reliable every 10 mins. Please do get the hotel breakfast too. It’s so yummy with variety of spread. The quality is amazing beyond words! The room is big as well. I’m a family of 5 and it fits us very comfortably.
Okay, 1 thing that I need to highlight is the hairdryer! Ladies, please use their ReFa hairdryer and hair straightener. They are game changers! I came across this brand after staying here and I’m a convert. If you’ve used dyson before, ReFa is a super strong contender and dare I say, even better! Your hair just dries so much smoother and they just fall into places nicely.
The amenities provided are just high quality. As a guest, I could feel thoughts were taken into consideration when they plan it. They have facial wash, skin milk, down to hair serum/oil (like what). They are free for you to take as you need, btw. So, what more can i say? The staffs were amazing beyond words too."

"Very nice location which is walking distance to Disneysea and Disneyland, especially Disneyland, super convenient.
Room space just nice for us, 2 adults and 2 young kids with 3 luggages and 2 foldable strollers. Bathroom is spacious.
Hotel staff are nice, they are friendly and you can ask for help if doesn’t know how to self check in. They help to keep our luggage at the lobby since we checkout in the morning and head to Disneyland, collect at night when our private transport pick up to Tokyo Town.
Location it’s just right at the Maihama JR Station, next to it. By train could be quite easy to find, if by car you might not find their lobby, can just stop at the station and take the elevator (if with luggage) or walk the stairs to the hotel entrance."

"The hotel is pretty good. The shuttle pick-up point is outside Maihama Station, and the shuttle bus has cute little Mickey windows. It's also very close to the Disney monorail. The only minor drawback is that I'd recommend booking a standard room with breakfast. The executive lounge amenities were just a few pieces of bread, which wasn't really worth the extra cost."

"This was the most spacious hotel I stayed in Japan, though the price wasn't cheap and the room itself was still quite compact. However, it offered good value for money, especially since hotels around amusement parks tend to be very expensive. Luckily, the subway access was super convenient. The sky was so blue, and the ingredients at the conveyor belt sushi place were incredibly fresh. We also had ramen and takoyaki… Generally, you get what you pay for. The octopus in the takoyaki was really chewy and delicious. My kids loved it; they said it had a lot of filling."

"Cons: The room's cleanliness was a major issue. The bedding and walls had stains, the screen door was dusty. There were no power outlets near the table, and where there were outlets, there was no table. Plus, the outlets were loose. The hairdryer smelled bad, and the cabinet above the sink was full of dust. It seemed like no one had cleaned it before check-in, and the hardware maintenance was clearly subpar, which was very inconvenient. The door lock was an old-fashioned key lock, which was quite inconvenient. It was my first time seeing such an old lock; a kind foreigner from the next room even showed me how to use it. I highly recommend they replace it. And whatever you do, DO NOT open the shoe cabinet – the smell was nauseating.
Pros: It's very convenient for getting to Disneyland. There's a bus stop on the street behind the hotel, you can get a map from the front desk. It's a quick 20-minute ride. However, there's no direct bus back to the hotel, which is a bit inconvenient. Some staff members speak Chinese, and they are very helpful and quick to resolve issues. Unfortunately, the poor hardware and numerous problems made it quite troublesome.
The price was good, and the room was much more spacious than other hotels in Japan, with plenty of room to open luggage. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. It's very close to the subway station, just a straight walk. There are many drugstores nearby where you can compare prices. I particularly liked the supermarket opposite the subway station, in the opposite direction from the hotel, as it had good prices. There are also many small convenience stores around, which is very convenient. The small street behind the hotel has many restaurants, and there's a McDonald's at the subway exit, making breakfast very easy.
The supermarket across the street doesn't accept Alipay or WeChat, which is a bit inconvenient, but it does have Muji."

"Absolutely fantastic! We chose this hotel for our Disney trip, and it offered excellent value for money! The hotel is just across the street from a lovely seaside park, complete with sprawling lawns, ocean views, a sports club, and a playground for kids. It's spacious and uncrowded. Although we hadn't realized check-in on our first day was at 6 PM (I was a bit confused, as I'd booked three separate nights with varying check-in times listed, some 3 PM and some 6 PM), we simply headed to the park first when we arrived at 5 PM and couldn't check in. The weather was humid and hot, but none of that dampened our spirits. It truly felt like an ideal spot for a vacation. After checking in and getting to our room, we found it a bit cramped. We had booked a triple room (as only adults could have separate rooms, and I was with my two children, a triple room was our only option). Despite the size, it was well-equipped with three beds, a sofa, a table, and a TV. The separate toilet and shower area also felt a bit cramped. However, the highlight was the public bathhouse on the top floor, where we could soak in a hot bath and wash away the day's fatigue – I truly loved that!"

11391765****Many people have already reviewed this hotel, noting its spacious rooms and very close proximity to the station, along with a shuttle service to Disneyland.
Now, let me share some drawbacks that weren't frequently mentioned in earlier reviews:
1. The hotel is quite old, with a somewhat Showa-era style. While it's a Japanese hotel, I was surprised by the lack of many facilities. Having stayed in numerous Japanese hotels, I've come to expect ice machines, microwaves, and laundromats in Japanese-managed properties – these were completely missing here. (I had initially deliberated between this hotel and the Hilton, but chose Brighton thinking the Hilton, being internationally managed, wouldn't have these facilities, only to find Brighton didn't either.)
2. There's no bottled water in the room, let alone the 'free mini-bar' mentioned in some reviews. It's even hard to get drinking water here; you have to go to a water dispenser by the elevator. Although they provide a kettle for refilling, honestly, I wasn't too keen on using it.
Aside from these points, the nearby commercial area is quite convenient, with delicious and affordable gyutan (beef tongue) rice, a supermarket, 100-yen shops, and some Japanese clothing stores. If the hotel were to add the facilities mentioned above, the stay experience would be significantly improved.

There's a complimentary shuttle bus to Disneyland, and you can simply wait for it right outside the entrance. The service was exceptional. We arrived at 12 PM, and the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. They thoughtfully used a translator to inform me about the breakfast location and time, as well as the shuttle bus schedule. Both the air conditioning and the surrounding area were quiet. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the service was excellent. It's about a 10-minute ride to Disneyland, and the subway station is also nearby. I can personally confirm that the service was excellent, contrary to what some negative reviews might suggest.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and impeccably clean. The welcome wreath at the entrance added a lovely, ceremonial touch. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and attentive. Stepping into the room and seeing the beautiful, distant view of Tokyo Bay instantly lifted my spirits. For added convenience, a shuttle service is available during morning and evening peak hours to Disneyland, DisneySea, and Shin-Urayasu Station. While Shin-Urayasu Station is about a 1.3 km walk from the hotel, it's also just a two-stop bus ride away.

1110075****Pros: Directly opposite the Disney Bayside Line, it's just a few minutes' walk, or you can wait for the hotel shuttle. The rooms are spacious, and the toiletries are abundant. Breakfast is worth trying, with a good selection of fruits and dishes with a distinct Japanese flavor.
Cons: No self-service laundry facilities! It's a bit inconvenient not to be able to wash clothes after a long day at Disney.
Additional notes:
1. Right next to the special line station platform is an entrance to DisneySea, but it's exclusively for guests of the Toy Story Hotel and Fantasy Springs Hotel.
2. When entering DisneySea, the Frozen area is quite a distance from the main entrance. If you've purchased Disney Premier Access, make sure to plan your time accordingly.
3. For dining, I recommend the shopping mall at Maihama Station. There's a tonkatsu restaurant called 'Wakou' there that offers great value for money. There's also a supermarket downstairs where you can buy bento boxes and daily necessities.

GGuest UserThe location is close to Disneyland but remote to other places in Tokyo. The Heiyo 京業线 needs about 10 mins long walk through the complicated Tokyo Station from major lines. Then there are free shuttle buses every 20 mins, 00, 20, 40 at Bus Stop C to the hotel from Maihama. There is a mall at the station with a good variety of restaurants and a supermarket. The bay areas are only with resorts and Disney.
The hotel is a traditional five star but a bit old fashioned. The price was good with 4 breakfasts and there are 4 restaurants. There are game stations with free old Nintendo (1980's) and coined ones like most games shop.
There are bay views and park views. My one was a park view facing Disney and there were fireworks every night from 8:30-8:35.

CChuanxiaofudehonglingjinFor the last two days of my trip to Japan, I stayed at this hotel within the Disney Resort. It's a very unique hotel, with rooms designed to look like the inside of a ship's cabin. Everything was great, except for the terrible soundproofing. I could hear every little noise from the guests next door, which really affected my rest. If you have the option, I'd definitely recommend booking one of the official Disney hotels instead. After all, when you're traveling, a good night's sleep is essential!

The hotel is room was reasonable and compact but spotless, with two comfortable twin beds, AC ,curtains, and a sleek ensuite bathroom (hot shower + good water pressure).The basics like a TV, free Wi-Fi, and a small desk were provided.

Check in was very smooth. Receptionist spoke fluent English, and explained everything very clearly. I didn't have a chance to eat the complimentary breakfast, but it smelled great!
