We then tried contacting the person in charge Vani, but instead of assisting us, we were spoken to very rudely and even scolded repeatedly. Due to the poor service and unprofessional attitude, we decided not to stay at the hotel at all. This was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Would not recommend."
