"Very disappointing experience. We arrived at the hotel but the entrance was closed and no one responded despite calling out for quite a while. We then tried contacting the person in charge Vani, but instead of assisting us, we were spoken to very rudely and even scolded repeatedly. Due to the poor service and unprofessional attitude, we decided not to stay at the hotel at all. This was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Would not recommend."

"Comfortable pillows and beds. However the room is very noisy, even at the middle of the night and wee hour. Could be other guess in the hotel, or the staff, wouldnt know, but its not a single occasion, but very consistent throughout few hours. Other than human noise, there are many mechanical noises too, not sure what are those, but sounds like aircon or piping. If a quiet environment is important for you, consider other places."

"1. The toilet exhaust fan was broken. When we first checked in, the bathroom was completely wet. We informed the staff, and her excuse was, "That means we washed it." But the real problem is that the entire room is constantly damp and smells like mold. 2. The bedsheets had stains, the towels were dirty, and the overall cleanliness of the room was awful. 3. Within just 10 minutes of checking in, I had to kill four mosquitoes. When I complained to the staff, her only solution was to spray insect repellent in the room. How are we supposed to stay in the room right after it's been sprayed with chemicals? 4. The toilet is clogged, and it flooded in no time. 5. The staff is highly unprofessional. 1. 厕所抽风机坏了，刚入住就发现厕所都是湿的，向员工反应，她说这代表我们有清洗。但问题是整间房间长期处于潮湿，感觉都发霉了 2. 床单有脏的污迹，毛巾也很脏，整间房都很脏 3. 才入住十分钟，我打死了四只蚊子。向员工反应，她说只能帮我在房间喷射蚊油。那喷射后要如何住？ 4. 厕所堵塞了，没两下就淹水了 5. 员工很不专业"
