It was a Japanese-style room, spacious enough for our family of three, with a private bathroom and a direct ocean view. The indoor hot spring at the hotel was excellent. It's also not far from Mount Omuro if you're driving, about a 30-minute ride."

We rented yukata, and the lady who made the bed patiently tied a beautiful two-tone bow for each of us! Overall, it was a great stay."

"We stayed for one night and two days. We were very satisfied with the all-you-can-eat dinner and breakfast. We enjoyed everything from fish and meat to dessert. The hotel staff were also very helpful. Depending on the season, there were insects flying around in the open-air bath in the room at night. Morning baths are the best. However, it is completely visible from the outside (parking lot, etc.). There are places to enjoy such as "Animal Kingdom" and "Izu Granpal Park" within a short drive from the hotel, so I would recommend traveling by car."

"Excellent, I almost wished I could cancel my Fuji hotel and stay here longer. This time we stayed in room 103. For transportation, the hotel offers pick-up and drop-off at the subway station. I recommend emailing the hotel with your itinerary in advance so they can pick you up promptly at Okawa Station. As for the room, everything was great except for the small toilet, weak shower pressure, and some bugs in the outdoor bath area. If you mind the low water pressure in the room, you can always use the downstairs public bath, which feels like a private onsen. For service, there's a lovely lady from Taiwan who speaks Mandarin, and other staff members communicate perfectly fine in English. The hotel's dinner was also quite good. Just a heads up, there aren't many dining options nearby; the 7-11 is about an 8-minute walk away."

"A quiet onsen town, with traditional Japanese rooms. It's slowly becoming commercialized, and fewer places offer dinner and breakfast served in your room these days. This stay, however, was a great experience. Since it was our anniversary, the staff even arranged for us to have a pair of mandarin ducks in our room. They took photos of us and gifted them to us at check-out, which was a lovely touch. We visited on a weekday, so the public bath felt almost like a private one. Enjoying the public bath all to ourselves, gazing at the ocean and listening to the waves, was incredibly relaxing. The hotel's shuttle bus is super convenient, getting guests to Izu-Atagawa Station in just a minute."

"I booked this room after seeing an ad on social media, but then I saw the terrible reviews on Ctrip. I took a chance, hoping I'd get a newly renovated room. Turns out, I hit the jackpot (in a bad way): 1. The room was incredibly old. The bathtub looked just as creepy and terrifying as in other users' photos. 2. The room had a musty smell, a really old, stale musty smell. 3. For our pre-booked dinner, we were led to a small section far from the ocean view window. I noticed that all four or five tables that dined there after us were also Chinese speakers. 4. The dinner and sashimi weren't fresh; the fish meat was discolored internally. **After leaving the hotel, the more I thought about it, the more something felt off. I'm not sure if it was my nationality being targeted, or if Ctrip was being targeted.** 5. I found that the room type offered on Ctrip couldn't be found on Japanese websites. 6. I also found that the dinner booked through Ctrip was different from what was offered on Japanese websites."

"The hotel is located near Izu-Atagawa Station, about a 5-minute walk, though there's a long slope. The hotel offers a shuttle service from the station, but when we returned, it seemed they were closed for lunch and short-staffed, so they couldn't provide it. The overall environment was very clean, and the service was good. We didn't book a private onsen (hot spring bath) in our room because we saw they had private baths available. The six open private baths were quite nice, each with its own unique features. The rooms were spacious enough, but the showers were a bit small. They provided POLA lotion and skincare products, which was nice. The hotel breakfast was Japanese style, starting at 8 am, and overall, it was very good."

"Facilities: This is a very Japanese-style hotel. After emailing them my arrival time, a shuttle picked me up. There was also a shuttle to the station after check-out. I forgot my card when leaving, and the driver helped me retrieve it, taking only 3 minutes round trip – super helpful! Environment: The hotel is located in a small village with no major attractions nearby. If you miss a bus, you have to wait a long time, so I couldn't visit other places. However, just walking around the vicinity was very pleasant and relaxing. Service: There was a staff member who spoke Chinese. They helped make the beds and provided excellent information. Rooms 103 and 105 are assigned randomly. This time I stayed in room 103, and the 'one-night stay with two meals' package was definitely worth it! Highly recommended!"
